Significant Discount Rates in December This is it! Look no further! Beautiful completely renovated single family home in beautiful Sea Pines / Hilton Head SC. It would be difficult to find a more perfect location – halfway between Harbour Town and the Sea Pines Beach Club and pristine Atlantic Ocean beaches. You can park your car in the garage and leave it parked. A ten minute bike ride to the Beach Club or other beaches and a ten minute bike ride to Harbour Town. You can also bike a little farther to reach South Beach with restaurants, shops, playground, pools and the world famous Salty Dog (don’t forget to buy their t-shirt).

Our home is located in a small private community with many great amenities of its own. We are located 200 yards from the private community park. The park contains a playground for children, a private community pool, tennis/pickle ball court and basketball court. We are a 3 minute walk from shopping, bike rental and restaurants at the Sea Pines Center. We are also located several hundred yards from the 5th and 6th hole of the Harbour Town Golf Links – a perfect location to walk to the RBC Heritage golf tournament when the pros are in town – we like to walk the course in the morning and early afternoon and return home for cocktails and appetizers and watch the players complete their rounds on TV.

Harbour Town is a beautiful area with many restaurants, shops, piers, lighthouse and GREAT playground. If you do not own one of the fabulous yachts parked there (or have friends that do), you can choose from the many cruises (dolphin, shrimping, happy hour or dinner) offered there. All a short bike away!

Sea Pines Beach Club is a luxurious complex containing restaurants, ocean lounges, beach chairs and umbrellas. If you prefer a more isolation location there are numerous boardwalks that take you directly to the beach. Check out low tide and ride your bicycle on the beach – see the dolphins in the distance.

This Sea Pines home is located in the private and prestigious Greenwood Forest subdivision. The entire house was renovated in 2020. The layout is an open design with the kitchen, dining and living rooms all connecting. The spacious living room contains a leather sectional sofa, with 2 large cosy chairs and an ottoman. A new 75 inch TV makes this the perfect location to watch the Heritage professional golfers walk down the 18th fairway after your long and exciting day of following your favorite golfer. Board games are provided for a fun family evening. The fully renovated kitchen contains all new and modern appliances and is fully stocked with all the kitchen utensils to allow for gourmet meals at home. The quartz breakfast bar with stools is perfect for feeding the kids. The flooring throughout the house is wood and skylights are strategically placed throughout the house to provide a bright interior (kitchen, dining, entranceway and bathrooms). Located just off the dining area is a Carolina room with its own seating area (pull out couch) and 75 inch HD TV.
There are 3 bedrooms – the master bedroom with attached bath has a king-size bed. Bedroom 2 also has a king bed. Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds. All the bedrooms have dressers and closet space. An additional full bathroom is located in the hallway.

Just off the Carolina Room is the screened porch. The porch contains a large bistro table with hightop chairs – perfect for happy hours.
A large, private deck is located across the back of the house. 4 large Adirondack chairs and table is the perfect location to discuss your awful golf score or your other adventures throughout Sea Pines. A picnic table for kids (and adults) is also on the deck.
A laundry room is located in the houses and there is an attached one car garage.

Sea Pines gate passes are approximately $25/week, per car, and is an additional fee (payable at Sea Pines entrance). We do not provide passes.

Pets are NOT allowed. Smoking is NOT allowed. Loud parties are NOT allowed. Minimum age to rent is 25. Occupancy maximums - 6 people - are strictly enforced.

Sorry - we do not provide bikes, beach chairs/umbrellas, beach towels or grill

Ideal getaway at Sea Pines
This September my wife and I and my elderly, though young at heart mother, spent two lovely weeks at Bill’s vacation rental on Sea Pines on Hilton Head Island. The layout was perfect, with a large kitchen area, ideal for preparing meals together. The kitchen was equipped with everything and anything you might need. The adjoining living area was great for chilling and reading or watching movies together on the massive screen [My Mom had never seen Forrest Gump, which was fun given that some of the film was set in the general area]. Overall, an excellent experience in a house that lived up and surpassed our expectations.

Listing was just as advertised. Immaculate and very well appointed. The kitchen was so well furnished with all we needed and then some. Plenty of everything including toiletries and towels. Beach getaway with babies
We were 4 adults and two babies under 8 months. This house was perfect for all of us. It was very clean and had everything we could have needed for the house. Lots of space in the house for us to spread out. Perfect location for morning walks to Harbor Town and we never had problems finding parking at the beach. Welcome basket was very nice. The owner is very friendly and responds quickly as I had reached out to him a few times before our trip.

Nice and quiet as the schools had returned, great to bike everywhere. Our stay was enjoyable, with an excellent choice of appliances and utensils in the kitchen. Plenty to do locally the forest preserve is worth pedalling to, we only ventured to Bluffton (worth while to visit).

Excellent home in Sea Pines for a HHI stay!
We have rented houses and villas in Sea Pines for more than 25 years and this house was one of our favorites! Great location in Greenwood Forest for beach, biking, golf and relaxing. A nice community pool, tennis/pickle and playground just a short walk from the house. Nicely furnished home, very clean, nice kitchen and baths, great TVs and relaxing sofas. Great home base for everything Sea Pines has to offer. Would definitely stay here again.

Our first family vacation to HHI and the weeklong stay at this Sea Pines property did not disappoint! Bill was extremely responsive leading up to the trip and provided lots of helpful restaurant and excursion recommendations. Location of this property was perfect proximity to bike trails and pool access while also feeling secluded and safe. Fully stocked with everything we needed including an electric grill and fabulous bottle of wine/snacks which were an unexpected surprise. Bill was an exceptional host and we hope to make it back sooner than later!

Beautiful Stay at Sea Pines, Hilton Head!
We had a wonderful time with our first visit at Hilton Head and this wonderful house at Sea Pines. Our family has 3 kids - ages 6, 10 and 13. They loved the house and it was the perfect size for our family of 5. The location wasn't too far from the beach - a 6 minute bike ride to South Beach, and within a 10 minute bike ride to Harbour Town. The communication with the property owner was also very quick and responsive. We had some AC issues one night and they responded promptly and the HVAC company was there the very next morning to fix the issue. Will definitely keep this location in mind for future vacations. Thank you!

The home was very comfortable for our family, and included much more than the bare minimum that many rentals contain. Our kids loved the bedroom with two twin beds. The location of the home is perfect - convenient to Sea Pines Beach Club, Harbor Town, and South Beach. Info about the house was extremely clear and owner was very helpful!

Great vacation spot!
We enjoyed being in the center of it all! We rode bikes to the beach, Lawton Stables for horseback riding, Harbor Town, and one of our favorite restaurants The Salty Dog. Home was clean and we loved sitting on the front porch. Also, we enjoyed using the pickleball courts. There was no pool furniture at the neighborhood pool (there was a sign that said it would be delivered soon) so that was a bit of a bummer but no big deal. House was well stocked with anything you needed. And thanks to the owners for the nice treats and wine! Overall- great place to stay!!
