This updated two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath beach retreat offers modern comfort and convenience, including wireless internet. The main level boasts new, stylish furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, sleek cabinets, granite countertops, and a generous breakfast bar. Relax in the spacious living room or step out onto the deck, which overlooks the beautifully landscaped grounds and pool. For added convenience, there is a half bath located off the dining area, and the dining room comfortably seats four, with additional seating for two at the breakfast bar.

Upstairs, you'll find both bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and flat-screen TV. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, while the guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed.

Perfect Family Summer Get Away!
Our family had a great vacation at this Surf Court Villa location. The property was super clean, with a very friendly community. Everything is in walking distance, including the beach. Lots to see and do. Our 10 year old is already begging to return ASAP. A few palmetto bugs showed up on the last day and freaked my wife out, but being from the southeast they're hard to avoid.

Great proximity to the beach! Nice condo. Property manager was great!! We went to wrong condo. He came helped carry our stuff down, took us to the correct place and helped us unload!!! Much appreciated! The ONLY issue was the floors were filthy when we arrived. Our socks and feet were black within 5 minutes. Everything else was great!! Would stay here again.

Great location
A really nice unit. Everything was there except for a tea kettle and coat hangers. As Canadians we like our tea and we boiled water in a saucepan. Coligny is the downtown of Hilton Head - walk to the beach, walk to the coffee shop, etc.

Excellent stay!
This unit is exceptional! Very modern and well cared for. The unit was spotless when we arrived. Pool right out back and can walk to the beach or coligny within 5 minutes. Beds were comfortable and loved the showers. Would definitely rent again.

Unit was just as listed. Location is perfect for all things adult and family. Perfect location for complex pool! My only advice for future tenants would be bring EVERYTHING (like even salt and pepper). Maybe just newbie advice, but we didn’t think about it. Also, master bath doesn’t have much swim suit drying room, but second bedroom has a large hook unit which helps. Really is a great unit and our neighbors were actually jealous of ours, but just a couple things we could have benefited from knowing prior to our arrival.

Wonderful week at the beach
I've stayed in many units at Surf Court over the years. This unit has been recently re-done and it's beautiful. Totally functional and it has a PANTRY!!. Most units in Surf Court don't and there is no food storage. New appliances and furniture. Master bathroom does not have any towel bars. The down side was more with the cleaning service. There were no extra linens for the pull out couch (didn't figure this out until 9:30 at night when we had an impromptu overnight guest) and the beds didn't have a mattress pad (ick). No extra blankets in the cosets and the extra pillows didn't have cases and they were pretty stained. I suspect that the quilts on the beds are NOT cleaned between each guest. As this is the only cover besides the sheets I find that a bit gross. Would recommend another cleaning service or better inspection by the property manager after each service. We will be back to this unit for sure.

Nice Property but Bad Experience
While this property looks wonderful to stay at, it was a mix for our group. This property was extremely clean and well maintained. The property managers were able to help accommodate us on a late checkin. The apartment is also in close proximity to the beach and a local shopping plaza. Those were the highlights of the property. We had a multiple issues with this property. The first issue was the pull-out couch bed had no blankets. We were giving a garbage bag with one towel, one wash cloth, a fitted sheet, and a sheet. We had to utilize our beach towels as blankets until the next morning when we called the property managers. When we called the property managers they were rude with us about trying to receive another blanket. They told us to come to the office and pick-up a blanket. Upon arrival to the office one of the staff was trying to tell us we had to provide our own blankets and purchase them. The booking for the property says that there would be enough towels for two sets for every individual staying at the property. We had five towels for six individuals staying. The welcome letter also said we need to have a parking permit. When asking the property managers about this when picking up a blanket, they were rude stating there was no parking pass need. We explained that there was signs saying that a parking permit was needed throughout the property and the welcome letter. The person said, we told you no. This property was also lacking a few additional items to the stay. There was limited cleaning supplies, no trash bags besides what was in the trash can, six rolls of one-ply toilet paper for a four-day stay with six people, and no salt or pepper. Although the salt and pepper are not deal breakers, this property to seem to have barely the bare minimum and was extremely overpriced for what was given.

Awesome find close to the beach
This was the perfect space for our family of 4. The townhouse was cutely updated and the location was perfect- across the street fro the beach and over looked the pool. My only suggestion would be to add some area rugs by the couch and the beds so you are tracking dirt or sand into the beds. And an a extra single bed in the 2ndary bedroom would be great for siblings who don’t want to share a bed. Will definitely be back.

Great stay
We really enjoyed our stay. Villa very nice. It was just a short walk to beach. I would like to try a place on the beach, but would stay there again. I do wish they could leave more trash bags so I wouldn't have to buy them. Maybe a couple more wash cloths per room. I did take extra, but still had to wash each day.
