*Please Note: Beginning Labor Day 2023 this complex will be undergoing construction. The potential impacts and length of project will extend until July 2024. The elevator is also currently out of service with a scheduled completion date of June 2024*

The Ocean One pool is open from April through October. (The pool is not heated.) Two car passes are permitted from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Ocean One Hilton Head is located in the Forest Beach resort area of HHI. Forest Beach stretches along the Atlantic Ocean between the Shipyard and Sea Pines communities on Hilton Head Island. Bike paths and neighborhood lanes on North and South Forest Beach eventually draw one to Coligny Plaza, the hub of the Forest Beach area. While competing with the natural beauty and lure of the beach, the plaza offers a variety of shopping, dining, and fun entertainment for the whole family. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Good location. Not as clean as we prefer. Could use either new carpet or different flooring. Porch was dirty. Super responsive staff. Had a question coming into town at night and was able to text and get a prompt response.

This was a great location, walking distance to coligny plaza, has a nice pool, easy access to the pool and grills were available to use when not wanting to go out to eat. The place was clean, had a lot of beach supplies provided which was a nice bonus.

Great location, Fun stay
A great family location with lots of fun families with similar goals. The condo had Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and toys. We were also offered bike rentals through VayK which were awesome. I wish we'd known we didn't need to pack so many beach chairs! The kitchen was rather bare bones - it's been awhile since we've been to a vrbo or airbnb without even salt and pepper in the cabinets or a roll of tin foil. There was soap for one load of wash and two loads of dishes. But we mainly used the drier anyway and were grateful for the peaceful rooms - the kids room beds and the master mattress were all comfortable. Hope you all have a great stay. We would come back again.

Great location!
We loved this condo! It had everything we needed for our family. It was the perfect location! We could walk right out to the beach or walk or ride bikes to Coligny Plaza/Park—which has multiple restaurants, cafés, and shops. It was our first time to Hilton Head and we will definitely be back!

Nice condo in great location
We rented this condo for a week long family vacation and definitely enjoyed our stay. It was clean, well-equipped and in a great location — the Tiki Bar next door was a very nice thing to have during the week ;) My teens appreciated being so close to the shops in Coligny and have already asked about booking again for next year. Highly recommend!

If you're a beach person, this location--right in the middle of Colligny beach scene--is perfect. There is a very nice pool and easy access to shops as well.
