This two-bedroom coastal themed condo features hardwood flooring throughout the main living areas and bedrooms, with TV's offered in both the living room and bedrooms.

With a full view of the marina and the signature red-and-white banded lighthouse, the coastal toned living room showcases the harbor view beyond its sliding glass door, opening to a large brick patio complete with rocking chairs and a small table -- perfect to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or afternoon cocktail with your friends or loved ones. The patio also includes a lighted ceiling fan for evenings and hot afternoons. A small desk is featured in the corner of the living room -- the perfect place to keep phones, tablets, and computers convenient and charged.

Adjacent to the living room is the dining area with a round table seating six. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to cook, stainless steel appliances, and white cabinetry.

The soothingly toned master bedroom features a king-sized bed, full-size dresser, closet, and en-suite facilities.

Unbeatable view
This condo is in the perfect location in Harbour Town on Hilton Head Island. The fabulous back patio looks across the yachts in the marina to the HHI Lighthouse. We spent every morning out there and never tired of the view. Three delicious restaurants are an easy walk from the patio gate. Plus all the cruises begin in the harbour and are just a five minute walk away. The beds are very comfortable and each of the two bedrooms has its own full bathroom. Bethany the host is warm and wonderful and welcoming. We are sharing this link with all our family and friends! Absolutely perfect!

Home away from Home
Wow, where to even begin. Bethany is amazing. She had more amenities than most , which was an added bonus. She was attentive and had asked prior to us arriving if there was anything special we needed. What a class act. Never in the history of me going through VRBO did anyone offer as much as Bethany. Next is the view. It is a waterfront view & not ocean view. We love the Light House, boats, enjoyed the sunrise & set with birds and privacy. Her photos are accurate and not deceptive like others. What you see is what you get. Home, relaxation, a sense of what life used to be...simple & sincere. Location. it is everything you need & close to everything to do. Love the sail boat & dolphin cruise, walking, shopping, groceries. I truly can't say enough about the condo. I felt as if it was my home. Most importantly I can't say enough about Bethany you will never, or I haven't, have a better host who cares and wants you to enjoy yourself and feel at home. Thank you for a tremendous time & opportunity. God has blessed us with you and your condo. Great memories.

Good location but needs TLC
We come to HH every year and stay for a month. This property was in a good location, view of lighthouse, close to amenities. The owner responded quickly to inquiries and the place was clean with good appliances. The owner did not provide us with a Sea Pines pass despite them being free to owners. Fortunately we know other owners who provided us with a pass for the month. Otherwise we were told to go once a week to pay for a pass as you could not pay for a month at one time. There was work going on in the lobby (floors being laid, painting, carpentry) which I understand the owner can't control but would have been nice to get a heads up. Unit is very dated, dark, sun does not come onto the patio, or into the living room area at all, at least during our stay in mid-October to mid-November so outdoor space was gloomy and cool unless temperature was very warm. Unit needs some TLC. Chair backs at the table came apart when moved, toilet in spare bathroom had to have the handle manually moved up to stop it running, closet doors consistently came off rails, curtain tension rods could not bear the weight of the curtains and would fall down when we tried to open them, so we left them, no headboard on the bed, no duvet cover on the duvet, just a couple of sheets, one on top and one on the bottom, no screens on the window in the bedroom so we couldn't open the window. All of these are small things but added up, it felt like a property that the owner didn't care too much about.

Can't beat the view!
Clean and cozy condo in a fabulous and quiet location. Loved walking almost everywhere we wanted to go. Almost everything you might need is here; especially loved the extra touches like the phone charging station and powered wine opener. Check in is fairly easy and communication from Bethany was clear. Would love to stay here again!

Perfect for a long weekend. Great location and views.
The property was in great shape overall. The master bath is in need of an update. The property was well furnished, comfortable beds, plenty of whatever we needed. You can’t beat the views and location. We enjoyed being able to come and go from the small front terrace - we had our boat docked right out front in the marina. This was our first time staying in Harbour Town - what a treat.
