This condo also includes a desk and chair for remote work or schooling and a unique "lockout" guest bedroom with its own separate entrance from outside. Guests will also enjoy access to a shared pool, all the amenities of the Palmetto Dunes Resort, and convenient and easy beach access via the Dunes Buggy shuttle.

Wonderful stay!

Don’t be caught with your pants down!
Let’s just say from previous trips to this vicinity previous lodging was worth the money, this location was at best adequate. Definitely needs to have a facelift. Property owner was slow in communicating. Guest bathroom really needs attention.

I booked this the week before Tropical Storm Debby hit. The weather forecast was good when I booked. I didn’t take out vacation insurance. Then the day we were supposed to leave, Tropical Storm Debby was headed that way. I spoke to HHI law enforcement and they said our car could be under water if we parked at the rental. I called Vacasa, and emailed and messaged, begging for any kind of credit to use at a later date. They were rude and unsympathetic. We lost $2300 on a vacation we could not attend. I recommend booking with someone else. Through this experience I learned Vacasa is notorious for bad customer service. Pick a place not run by Vacasa!

We love Hilton Head, but we didn’t book early. Thankfully, we found Harborside and have enjoyed several days. Pluses were the restaurants, shops, and harbor.

Harbor View Condo Close to Shopping & Dining
This condo had a gorgeous view of the harbor and was close to entertainment, dining, and shopping! It's central location on the island made it easily accessible and convenient. Shelter Cove is a very busy area so keep this in mind when planning around holidays due to the extreme crowds that come due to special events. The condo needs some bathroom updates, but overall was comfortable and had a gorgeous patio view. The condo was pet-friendly and helped our entire family enjoy our vacation. We struggled to find the condo when we arrived due to the extreme entertainment traffic. No map of Shelter Cove was included with our parking pass either through Vacasa. We struggled to find the pool without a map as well. The 800 number for Vacasa told us to contact the local HHI Vacasa office so they could assist us better, but they never answered the phone. You could only leave a message. Vacasa reps did respond to online communication, but sometimes it took them a couple of days. Dealing with a management company instead of the owners was disappointing.

The property was well located for our needs...somewhat in the middle of HH. We enjoyed the restaurants, the Shelter Cove entertainment, and the variety of walkable paths around the marina. The staff at VASCO was accommodating and met all of our needs.

Nice location
The property is located in a great area convenient to several restaurants down below. There is a firework show on Tuesdays during the summer which is nice. We watched it from our balcony.. Getting the parking pass was horrific as we arrived on a Saturday and were log jammed in traffic for 2 and a 1/2 hours. The bed in the master was very comfortable , however the mattress in the other bedroom was hard as a rock and very uncomfortable. We also had issues logging on to the Internet because the notebook left and the coffee table had incorrect information information and it. We had to call the leasing company and sit on hold for 40 minutes to to get the correct password

Fun in the Cove-Harbourside
This 2 bedroom /2 bath condo offers comfort and privacy for its guests. Great amenities as advertised. The view from the balcony is awesome! Restaurants and shopping readily available. Top Dawg is highly recommended for a.casual meal and beverages 😀 During our stay, we were lucky enough to be entertained by fabulous fireworks!!! We highly recommend this fun and comfortable condo.

Great Location
I was pleasantly surprised to see this condo had been updated since pictures were posted. The unit is in Shelter Cove located in the middle of the island convenient to everything. Restaurants and shops are right outside your door. There were new light fixtures, bedspreads, accessories and the beds were very comfortable. The unit has been simplified to make it more spacious and tastefully decorated to give it an island/beach vibe. Wifi is strong and there’s a desk with 2 well organized drawers with paper, pencils, stapler, etc. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. It has a large balcony overlooking the marina where we ate our breakfast each morning watching boats sail out of the marina and breathtaking sunsets each night. The owner was very flexible when I arrive a day ahead of my reservation and arrangements were made for me to add a day onto my reservation and check in the same day. If you want to go to the beach, no need to drive; just catch the Dunes Buggy free in-resort transportation right outside the back entrance. Hilton Head Island is very pet friendly and owners had a basket with a dog bowl, tennis balls, etc. My dog loved our strolls along the waterfront with a stop for pastry at the French bakery. This is the perfect place to stay and we had an awesome time! I can’t wait to come back and highly recommend this unit.

Perfect little getaway for our family. Quiet little spot with lots of things to see and do, and the beach is only a quick run/nice walk away! Our kids loved it and we really enjoyed ourselves. Would definitely rent again.

The property itself is ideal. Great location. Wonderful amenities all within walking distance. Amazing view of the arena. I will definitely check to see if this property is available the next time I visit. The few things I found to be only satisfactory, as noted, did not negatively impact my stay. I highly recommend the propoerty for comfort and location.

Quite a few concerns to be honest... Washing machine sounded like an airplane. HDMI port in main TV was broke. Most remotes needed batteries or didn't work. Pool in the pics of the condo online was not our pool and we were kicked out and threatened with police. Our actual pool was tiny and we were unaware or we wouldn't have booked. We had some rainy days and couldn't sit on the balcony because rain pours in from balcony above drenching everything. Pillows were terrible. Lastly, it smells like a wet ash tray and we had to buy candles and burn them the entire time.
