Our Beachwalk Villa is located in the private gated community of Shipyard @ Hilton Head Island. The Beachwalk Regime is the closet of all regimes to the beach in Shipyard. It is one of the prettiest and quietest areas of the island with large oaks, lagoons, and palm trees to create a picturesque tropical setting. On-site recreational activities include golf and tennis at the renter's expense. Endless bike paths can be ridden throughout Shipyard and neighboring paths. Of course, the most gorgeous white sandy beach awaits you!

The villa is just an 8 minute walk on a paved, shaded path to the beach. We have a beach locker at the beach walkway with 6 beach chairs to offer our guests. A large welcoming pool is a short 2 minute walk. A relaxing evening will find you enjoying the large deck, complete with table, chairs and a gas grill.

This first floor villa is newly remodeled. A sofa/ queen sleeper, 2 comfy Lazy Boy recliner chairs, and LVT flooring were just added to offer a clean inviting environment.

The primary bedroom has a king sized bed with a private bathroom. This bedroom has a comfy cozy resting or relaxing nook. The primary bathroom has been recently remodeled with a beautiful walk in tiled shower. The second bedroom has one queen bed and one twin bed with another remodeled bathroom just outside the bedroom door.

The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with all needed cooking and dining items. The owner has tried to think of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Please enjoy the free internet , provided games, and movies.

First, I want to say the host is amazing. Jo was communicative and a pleasure to work with. That said, the villa did not disappoint. It was well kept, cozy, and just a fabulous home away from home. It has everything you'd expect and then some. Five stars for sure. The only thing I'd say was a "hmm" not even a disappointment was - we thought the pool was within view of the villa (i.e. in the back yard) based on some of the pictures. It's right around the corner and not far but that was something we were like...did we remember the pictures wrong. However, it's not a big deal at all and I'm only saying it because I probably wouldn't believe me if I read this review and all I had to say was glowing and warm recommendations. :) We'll be back for certain! Thank you Jo!

This villa is exactly as described. While we are active during our stay, the villa is a perfect place to get a reprieve from the heat, and a comfortable place for family gathering in the evening. The check-in process was a breeze and the villa was well-prepped for new visitors. Jo, the manager of the unit, is attentive and focused on a great experience for guests. Some highlights of the villa: The kitchen is well-stocked for preparing meals ( if you want to eat in), the bedrooms are very comfortable, the bathrooms are large and spotless, and the beach locker ( located below the Shipyard beach house) is a huge convenience, and the short walk to the beach is a plus. This property is very charming and in a quiet location. Jump at the chance to book this wonderful villa.

Great townhome for both beach and golf!
This townhome is a nice place to stay. Plenty of room and has everything you need for your vacation. Owner communicated with us great and was very helpful. Instructions are very clear. The place is decorated beautifully. We didn’t use them but beach chairs in a locker are provided. Bathrooms are a good size. Water pressure very good in showers. Nice deck and grill to use. Short walk to the pool. Area was quiet other than two kids above us. lol. We loved the Shipyard Golf course plus close proximity to many restaurants and other places of interest. Great area to walk or bike. Glad to now know how nice this area is.

We had a wonderful ten day stay. We have been coming to HHI and Shipyard for almost thirty years and were looking for a new place to stay. Found it! Everything was thought of. The leaf blower was a bonus to keep the deck clean. Shipyard has moved the beach tag parking requirement up to mid April, but if parking wasn't available the walk is manageable. The beach locker is definitely an asset for that reason. Beds comfortable, linens and towels were nice. You could hear neighbors walking around above us, but that is expected with units above. The unit has been updated and decorated all beachy theme, loved it. Communication was amazing.

Couldn’t have been more PERFECT!!
My husband and I stayed here for practice rounds and then a multiple day golf competition. This location was VERY close to the beach with an easy in/out to all other island amenities and courses. I always felt safe being alone at the rental and out and about near this property. Everyone in the parking lot was friendly. The owner has thought of EVERY POSSIBLE NEED a guest may have in both the rental and the available locker at the Beach House! We have stayed in VRBO rentals before, but this was by far the best equipped and easiest stay we have ever had. Will definitely look for this rental in the future!

The property is clean and comfortable. I enjoyed coffee on the wonderful deck outside each morning. Comfortable beds and recliners. Conveniently close to the beach (their 8 minute walk estimate is accurate!). Being able to use their chairs and beach locker was a plus! We will definitely be coming back.

The location of the property was only a short walk to the beach. The locker near the beach was a plus so we did not have to carry things back and forth from the beach. Nice deck and beautiful trees. Also close to the private- like pool. Jo was always available for questions- very friendly!

Highly recommend!
Jo was fabulous to work with and the unit was exactly as described/pictured. The beach was an easy walk, but even better because Jo was able to get us a beach stamp to park a bit closer - which our young child appreciated. Clean, convenient, and very spacious and comfortable space. We would definitely stay here again.

We had the grandkids, great grandkids, cousins, BFFs, daughters, sons in law, for Mom's 90th. The condo was spacious enough to accommodate us all for dinner every night. The kitchen was very well stocked to make those dinners. It was really wonderful.

Everything you want and then some!
After spending a stupid amount of time reading reviews on VBRO I finally settled on this Shipyard Condo. Those hours paid off! Beautiful location, closest housing to the beach in Shipyard. Wildlife there is an added bonus. Condo is clean, updated, has two large bathrooms, excellent kitchen loaded with whatever you need. Beach locker with chairs and boogie boards at Shipyard Beach House made it all the better without schlepping your chairs etc. all over the place. Check in and check out flawless. If you have never been to Hilton Head the beach is clean, safe and family friendly.

We have stayed at this villa twice now. The owners are very nice and easy to work with. The villa is great and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. It’s convenient to the beach, nice relaxing pool and a beautiful plantation. This year they had a locker at the beach so we could use their chairs, which was a real convenience. These renters want to make your vacation as convenient and as comfortable as home. Jo is very nice and always available for you.

Simply the Best
This is the nicest property in which we've ever stayed. The kitchen was better equipped than all others, it was perfectly cleaned. It was quiet and comfortable, an easy walk to the beach, and close to all nearby restaurants, shops, and activities. The property manager was very responsive and insured we had a wonderful stay. Excellent vacation villa
My family and I just came back from HHI. We stayed in Beachwalk last year at a different villa and this villa was so much nicer and cleaner. From the moment I walked through the door I could tell it was clean just from the smell of it. My villa last year smelled of mildew. Jo has thought of everything. The villa was well stocked with everything you could want and then some. All of the rooms were very nicely decorated with comfortable furniture. The villa is in a great location. 2 minute walk to the pool and 8-10 minute walk to the beach. We will be booking here again for next year.

We could not be happier with our stay at this beautiful villa! Everything was perfect. The villa has everything you need and then some and feels like home. The walk to the beach was easy, especially with 2 young children, the pool was wonderful, and we loved biking around on the bike paths. The owner was very sweet and easy to talk to. We will be back for sure!
