The room was clean and we were on the back side so even though we were on a main road, it was quiet. The staff were friendly and easy to deal with. We called for an early check in and were able to check in about 1pm. Will stay again.

The toilet handle is coming off easily, I try to put it back but won’t stay, so my husband kinda fix it for temporary, and also after flushing the toilet, the water kept running and won’t stop most of the time so annoying, the blanket feel cold, don’t like the material, they should have an extra fleece blanket on the side. Some Hotel room have an extra fleece blanket. Other than these stuff I really like this room pretty big with a living room on one side and king bed with a decent size of jacuzzi bath on the other side and a full bathroom and cute origami folding of towels.

We stayed one night and the room and staff were great. Affordable and clean and great location. The only issue was the breakfast wasn't great with very little options and what eas there was cold. We would stay here again, just make other breakfast plans

No complain with such a great deal! I stayed at Coast for one night with my husband and my dog. They gave me a quiet room on the ground floor without carpet (love that!).The staff were friendly and helpful. The room size was decent with two queen beds, linens were clean and smell fresh. The beds were super comfy :) I had a great bath time and the shower head was surprisingly strong which I really like. Breakfast was simple with breads, eggs, sausage, potatoes, several options of tea, juice, and cereals. I was expecting having waffle though. The dining room picture shown on Expedia is probably out of date and there is a bit of disappointment here. The overall experience was way better than expected. I will choose this hotel again if I go visit Jasper in the future.

Pet friendly property however, our pet friendly room smelled and needed a more deep cleaning. Ground floor, street side, is noisy and, if this is the options for those with pets, even small ones (we have a ferret), I rather not stay here. Aside: breakfast supplies were limited on a Saturday morning and lacked eggs, yogurt, pancakes - essentials - with excuse being waiting for food delivery. There are grocery stores in Hinton - buy food for your guests!! Though hotel was rated decent at time of my booking, I will not return based on my one time experience. Sorry.

Nice hotel for the price paid. One thing that I hope could be changed is that when you use the card to get into your room it beeps and of course you can hear the rooms close by beeping when the occupants are going into their room. All in all a good stay
