Wish the indoor pool had been in service but great room for very resonable price. Nice touch with the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers in the shower.

The doors were not automatic, no decaf coffee and not enough luggage carts. When I asked about the decaf coffee they said that no one ever drank it so they discontinued carrying it. I can understand not wanting to throw away a large amount of decaf pods because there was little demand for them; however, I was able to buy a package of 10 decaf pods at the Dollar General store not far away. Sugar Creek could certainly keep one or two of those packages on hand for the occasional decaf user.

Very nice stay
Very clean. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. It was 107 degrees outside and our room was nice and cool. Also, they gave us $15.00 free play each and $10.00 meal credits both days. I highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is staffed by a very kind gentleman at night! Our room smelled of smoke even though they are a 100% non-smoking facility, and he quickly and kindly moved us to another room bc I'm allergic to smoke. The hotel is clean and the beds are comfy! Great place to stay for sleeping only as the pool is dry.

No breakfast, no easy access to the property. Paid 109 for double queen room. It was humid, and none of the vending machines were in service. The pool was also closed for maintenance. Was not posted on Expedia. I left to another hotel and will be asking for at least a partial refund tomorrow.

When I arrived, the floor was wet half way into the room. When I told the desk worker, she rolled her eyes at me explaining it was the storms and rain. The solution was being put in a handicap access room which wasn't what I asked for but made the best of it. No reparations were made other than just putting me in the room. The next door neighbors were up all night and loud with the connecting door to the next room having no sound proofing. Didn't sleep at all and thankfully it was just one night. Won't be back
