Excellent hotel just steps from the Hiroshima station. Rooms are congested if you have a couple of large suitcases. But overrall it's great.

Convenient location and choice of restaurants. A grand entrance albeit the rooms themselves are a little tired. Beds were comfortable, and breakfast buffet was very tasty.

This is a definite must go it’s literally a 1min walk from the train station so very good for going sight seeing the staff were very helpful and the room was great, many things to do in the hotel to 10/10 if your looking for a good hotel that isn’t crazy expensive go here would go 10 times over

You can almost never go wrong with a stay at any Hotel Granvia and this was no exception. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and our bags were already in our room waiting for us when we arrived (we sent them ahead of us). The food at the breakfast buffet was great and a lot of variety for both western and Japanese tastes.

Really nice looking and spacious
The only hotel in Japan I remember that I could walk around in freely and had plenty of room. This was one of the much better hotels I stayed at. The only problem I remember is the wifi cutting off frequently.

Best hotel I've been to?
Probably the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. Several restaurants to choose from with several more right next door at the train station, which has easy access to trains, trams and buses. The staff are fantastic and the service is excellent. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and serviced every day. Will definitely be back on my next visit to Hiroshima.

As a single woman traveling from the US to Japan - I felt very safe there - There are always security people monitoring the lobby & elevators - the rooms are very clean - Loved the breakfast Buffet - The Lobby area is very nice - The rooms are small, but fine for me - This is my 2nd visit here and I’ll be back next year to visit my 92 y.o.mother who lives here! You can get right off the Bullet Train go out the exit and hotel is right there - This time I took a plane to the Hiroshima Airport - Went out the door - took a shuttle that dropped us off less than 1/2 block from the hotel - How Convenient - Highly recommend!

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The breakfast was absolutely spectacular, complete, fresh, and so delicious, it was the perfect way to start each day. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, always ensuring everything was just right. The hotel itself is very elegant, with a refined atmosphere that makes the experience feel extra special. While the room was a bit small, it was well-designed and comfortable. Being located right inside the station is an enormous advantage, making it incredibly convenient for travel. Overall, an excellent stay, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it!
