Hotel is a bit older, but generally clean and comfortable. I booked a suite and there was tons of space in the room. There were however some stains here and there given the age of the hotel. The hotel is very convenient to Nguyen Hue walking street as well as numerous restaurants and shops. However, it is surprising very quite at night. I could not hear any of the street noise from my room. My only (not-really-a) complaint was the hotel breakfast - the food were just so average. Overall, it was a great stay considering how affordable the price for the room.

Our power points sockets were worn and the power adaptor wouldn't stay in even the one we borrowed at the hotel. A maintenance person came in to fix the power point were the lamp wouldn't work after he left we tried it and it still wouldn't keep the power cord in the socket. Shower screen leaked as some of the corking was missing and our floor flooded. I showed the house cleaner however nothing was fixed.

The staff were very helpful when i left some of my stuff. The helped me get it back with ease. I definitely recommend the place and stay again with them if I travel back to Saigon. Keep it up.🙂

Very good location, surrounded by restaurants and historical buildings, very close to the japanese quarter. All services walking distance, Seven Eleven right next to the hotel. Decent breakfast, quiet not noisy, good wifi

terrible dangerous bathtub/shower in suits. You have to hop over the 2 foot bathtub to use shower. no security bars and no special grip on bathtub floor to prevent slip and fall. Accident waiting to happen if not happened already. They did change my room and allowed me to leave a few days early with refund. absolutely pathetic gym and no rooftop pool or bar.
