I went down for complimentary breakfast the first day, there was a large rat waltzing through the dining area. My room was pre-paid so I stayed, but I haven’t been back to eat in hotel since that day. Disgusting.

The reason why I give overall rating is nothing to do with the property but the plan. I admit I didn't read room description properly but I searched overnight stay hotels. Also your confirmation email said like below Check-in Fri, 26 Apr Check-in time starts at 2:00 PM Check-out Sat, 27 Apr noon I was shocked when I was told my booking was 2 hours stay. It would be much user friendly if your you could exclude such room type when search overnight or give filter option to do so. It may prevent confusion and disappointment. Thanks
