It looks beautiful in the picture, but in reality everything is damaged and very old, the main gate is also damaged and entering through the garage door is very inconvenient, having to carry luggage up each stairs is very difficult, The toilet seat is about to fall down, making it very difficult to using the toilet. A truly unimaginable horrifying scene when everything is turned upside down The image is completely opposite in online advertisements.

It was quiet yet very near to restaurants, the hotel offered nothing other then a hot shower good night sleep. Room was very clean. They were always available at the desk. And spoke English ok.

I booked at this hotel because of proximity to the airport. I was on an overnight lay over so wanted to be close to the airport. I was disappointed that the hotel did not provide pick up at the airport despite the information on the website stating airport transportation was available. It was only after booking that I found out transport was only available back to the airport. The hotel is close enough to walk but with luggage and trying to negotiate city traffic I preferred to take a taxi. That was not a good experience as the taxi driver was pissed that he picked up a fare that was such a short distance. He was rude, angry and it was very uncomfortable!!! The staff on arrival were great - both spoke English and were very welcoming. The website also indicated that breakfast was included but it was not. The room was large and clean. Shower had good water pressure and lots of hot water and the a/c worked well. The area surrounding the hotel was easy to walk around, lots of restaurants and mini-marts close by. I felt very safe walking on my own in the evening and people were friendly and helpful. Overall I was very happy with the Havana and would recommend it as an affordable option close to the airport. I would book again without hesitation and probably walk from the airport rather than face the wrath of a taxi driver.

This is a new hotel, just 5 minutes from the airport so it's perfect for early morning flights. All the rooms are tastefully decorated, the beds are comfortable and its very reasonably priced. The only thing it's lacking is breakfast, however the staff will direct you to a nearby hotel where breakfast is available for about $4.

Hotel was nice and great for an overnight stay when flying in or out of Ho Chi Minh. Staff was very helpful and polite and helped arranging taxis. For the price we paid we were very happy with the hotel and would definitely stay again. About 5 mins from the hotel are some great eating places.
