Everything was great, the bell boy was very attentive… the receptionist was very helpful, the breakfast buffet had great selections. One outstanding service from the hotel was I put in a survey about excepting 2 chairs instead of 1 after checked in the hotel, they immediate gave us one extra chair the next day when we had our room clean up. That was a surprised. Not to mention, the spa in this hotel was absolutely stunning, price was unbearable and my massager “Quang” did a great job targeting the area I need most work done. Their herbs pillow was legit but a bit pricy. The down side was the mattress was a bit uncomfortable maybe because it was a spring mattress rather than foam, cause it made sounds every time we sit or move around on the mattress. Lastly, if the housekeeper could vacuum better while cleaning up the room it will be a plus cause there still dirt and hair on the floor after they make up the room. Overall, I had a great time staying at this hotel and would definitely return if I am coming back to HCM in the future.
