"Henkilökunta aivan mahtava!
Erityinen kiitos lounge tiimille Ms. Xuân, Ms. Đào and Ms. Yến, Ms Kim Hang: heidän tiimi oli aidosti välittävä, lämmin ja ammattimainen. Kiitos myös aulassa työskentelevalle Happy nimiselle miehelle erinomaisesta palvelusta. Siivous tiimi toiminut erinomaisesti.
Hotelli hiukan kauempana keskuksesta, joudu käyttämään taksia, mutta hotellissa on myös oma ilmainen pikkubussi kuljetus keskustaan.
Huoneissa oli kosteus, onneksi ei kauhean häiritsevästi.
