We arrived on the first day informed that air conditioning is faulty so they transported us to their other hotel. Came back the next day, one room’s airconditioning is still faulty. Reported it two days in a row but hotel couldn’t fix it. Given the hot weather and temp in HCM even at night, it was not a great experience.

Short stay in HCMC
Good location, great staffs service and attitude. Breakfast is decent. The only that lowers the grade is from the condition of the room. The door lock does not work well and has been in that condition for a long time and the owner does care to replace it. When I closed the door, the lock did not lock it automatically as it’s supposed to do so and let it unlocked for two days until I found out and called the front desk and it is still not changed!! The TV did not work, even though the repair man came fixed then switched TV to the one next room (poor guy!) and it still does not work!! On the hotel amenities’ list, it said it has a gym but in fact it does not have it and still does not correct the misleading info!

Was a very nice place, everything was good until I sat down the toilet and then the knob broke off and water poured everywhere but it was just as I was supposed to head to the airport so I packed very quickly and ran downstairs and let them know they offered to put me into a different room but since I was leaving anyways it was okay but it would have been nice if they would have offered something in the way of the inconvenience of all my stuff getting kind of wet but it wasn't that bad so I just shrugged it off and kept going no big deal

Nice trip!!
The staff is very friendly and responds immediately to any problems. It's nice that the room is satisfactory and it's a little far from the main street so it's not noisy.
