Property was in a great location and the staff was great! The amenities such and the gym and pool were a bit smaller than expected but overall good hotel. Rooms were very nice and clean!

They have a room type for every budget- and you save so much because everything you need is walkable 2-15 minutes from shopping, night market, food restaurants and street food, riverwalk, observatory, river cruise..... The hotel and room are VERY clean, with great linens and a comfortable bed. The gym is small, but if you are devoted, then it works. Highly recommend. Will be going back for sure.

The management was not client friendly. The staff had to execute the policy. Eg, there was complementary beer and water in the mini bar. We requested if we could get extra water bottle instead of beer. They refused.

This hotel is in a great, central location. It is nicely presented and has a lovely rooftop pool/dining/bar area with amazing views of the city. The customer service is exceptional from the moment you walk in the door. Good buffet breakfast. I will definitely stay here again.
