Lighting was fantastic. Well laid Out. Good bathroom accessories. Nice towels. Great pillows. Comfy bed. Kitchen well stocked with crockery and cutlery. Love having the extra shelf in the bathroom and plenty of hooks and grab rails. Such a good idea to get out of the bath/shower.

The location was very convenient for food shopping and the parking was secure and adequate. The overall appearance of the complex was pleasant. The bathroom was downstairs and bedrooms upstairs. This made evening bathroon runs long and risky for an older person. The carpet was not well vacuumed and the bathroom floor was was very clean. The apartments had AC on the ground floor but not in the bedroom area. This meant that on warm nights we had to leave the windows open which made for a lot of street noise since the apartments are located off a major road. With breeze the window shades would bang on the window frame making sleep more difficult. The most frustrating issue was trying to take a shower. The water went from warm to icy cold in an instant. Turning up the hot water resulted in an unpredictable and instantaneous shift from icy to scalding. This pattern repeated over the duration of the shower. This issue created a dangerous situation with scalding a real risk.

Nearby walk to Hobart CBD, salamanca market, and 5 minutes away from supermarkets and sandy bay shops. Really nice location, still a motel but was very satisfied with my stay. Bathrooms and ahower were clean, kitchen fine, would stay here again

Comfortable property close to shopping and reasonable walking distance to central Hobart. We did have trouble getting the reverse air con to blow warm, which was a challenge for us as we are from tropical North Queensland and Hobart was very cold for us. Not sure if that was due to us or the facility. Very good laundry options.

Easy to find , only issue we had was being on first floor not ground but was offered to swap. ( no lift) Reception was very friendly and helpful. Extra blankets and pillows in room if needing.

The property was just right for 3 ppl to share and sleep in before our 7 day tour. Location was perfect for our tour pickup and it was near a grocery store. We found a dinner place for take away since the restaurant we went to closes at 8pm.
