Easy checkin at Lenna across the road. A bit of a slope but battery point is hilly. Very clean and large two bedroom appartment kitchen had all we needed. Two toilets was handy as it is split level. Stairs could be a problem but I think They have one unit on the same level. So close to restaurants and the Salamanca market. Free parking was very welcome. A great place to stay.

Proximity to Salamanca market & restaurants was very good however we had difficulty with the extremely steep access from the shops area. Lounge seating in our room was worn and uncomfortable . Housekeeping staff were very helpful and efficient

Close to Salamanca!
Overall a very good experience. Staff very friendly check in and check out seamless. Good room, a little noisy as close to the road and footpath. Proximity to Salamanca excellent. Off street parking free as well. Would definitely stay again.

It’s in a great location but the staff member who checked me in was very poorly trained I didn’t receive a bottle of wine or get an upgrade room smelt musty Most places the staff are not trained for upgrades or free bottles of wine it’s not much point being a gold member of Expedia if the staff at the hotels can not be bothered reading what this entails

Fabulous location
Fabulous location with parking next to Salamanca markets. Small comfortable studio w good bed. No suitcase stands so had to use the floor which is annoying and should be unnecessary. A lot of inconsiderate early morning noise and voices from a group who were knocking on each others doors and holding loud conversations in the corridor. Despite this, I would stay again.

Unfortunately I booked this accommodation for the wrong 3 dates. I was only aware of this when I got a message from the property saying basically ‘Where are you, you haven’t checked in?’ I contacted the property to apologise for confusing the dates. The first person I spoke with told me that this would be no problem, that I could get a full refund for the three days. I did not request this, she volunteered it. I then spoke with a second person following up the refund which had not come through. He repeated her statement. I contacted Wotif to request the refund and told Wotif that I had spoken with the complex who said I would get a refund. Wotif contacted me back and said the Manager was not prepared to give a full refund. I rang th complex back and spoke with the Manager. He initially said it was not his decision but it was Wotif’s, which I knew was not true. I told him two employees had told me I could get a refund easily. He asked their names but I did not have their names. I told him one of the employees was working today as I just spoke with him about half an hour ago. This complex was not fully booked on the dates I had booked for. However the Manager told me it had been. I knew this also was not true. The fact two employees told me I could get a full refund, the accommodation was no where near full and then the Manager said I would not get a full refund- having to pay for the first night- left a sour taste in my mouth. I felt the Manager was not to be trusted.
