Tervetuloa tähän kauniisti päivitettyyn vuokraan valmiissa kodissa Holiday Beacon Square Estates -hotellissa! Kun ajat ylös, huomaat reunan valituksen maisemoinnista ja vastamaalatusta ulkoapäin. Tässä kodissa on 3 makuuhuonetta, 2 kylpyhuonetta, 1 autotalli. Kun kävelet sisään, näet olo / ruokailutilan avoimen tunteen, jossa on toinen olohuone, jossa on runsaasti tilaa lapsille ja lemmikkieläimille. Keittiössä on päivitetyt työtasot, uudet kalusteet ja uudet laitteet. Kaunis uusi laminaattilattia virtaa koko kodissa. Molemmat kylpyhuoneet on päivitetty lattiasta seinien laattoihin ja varustettu uudella turhamalla. Kävele ulos liukuisista lasiovista toisesta olohuoneesta terassille, joka sopii täydellisesti viihdyttämiseen ja sinulla on suuri koko aidattu pihalla lemmikkisi kanssa. Olemme lemmikkieläimiä ja meillä on lapsia. Kodissa on lapsen perustarpeet ja lelut karvaisille lapsillesi. Tarpon / Greek Sponge -telakat ovat 5 minuutin päässä meistä ja tunnetaan upeista ostosmahdollisuuksista, ruokailuista ja seikkailuista koko perheelle. Tarjoamme myös mukavuutta Pinellas Countyn rannoille, mukaan lukien ostosmahdollisuudet, ravintolat ja viihde. Hyvin lähellä 3 puistoa 1 mailin päässä
 kuuluisa Clearwaterin ranta on 30 minuutin ajomatka. Busch puutarha teemapuisto 45 minuutin ajomatka. Disney World 1 1/2 tunnin ajomatka -10 min kasino- tai offshore-kalastusveneisiin. Hard rock -kahvila 45 min myös salsa-tanssia 45 minuutin ajomatkan päässä. Lisäksi häämatkasaari / Howard Park Beach 🏖 ovat vain nopean, muutaman minuutin ajomatkan päässä.

I enjoyed my stay in Johns home. The deck is a great spot for bird watching with a morning cup of coffee or a late afternoon beverage. It's a nice home and I had zero problems.

Wow. If you like bird watching...!!
This is the place for bird watching! The water is right there and full of life! Snake birds every day. Black crowned Herons, great blue heron, ducks, cranes. They all chill around here.The house is very nice and large and roomy. The yard is perfect for pets and people.Very happy with our stay!

I've stayed in this area multiple times while visiting family that lives nearby. The home is convenient to our family's home + it's easy to get to anything you need. We went to Inverness' Loch Ness with local family members, took in a Rays game and also went to Great Explorations with some of the younger family members. Cleanliness and Pest Control Need Improvement
The place was not clean. There was someone else's...hairs...in the tub, the edges of the tub and surround were blackened/moldy, the window in the bathroom was stained/dirty, the ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms was so dirty that I never turned it on so it wouldn't "rain" down" on me, there were ants and other bugs congregated in the corners of several rooms, the walls were dirty, there was flypaper with dead bugs next to the washing machine, the ceiling was dusty, the refrigerator was smeared, the blinds were dirty, the bathroom lights were dirty (also, one bulb was burned out and another flickered), the toilet was dirty...disappointing in a place I am paying to stay in. I texted the owner some photos upon arrival: he said that he "has pest control" and that it "seems pretty clean, but I'll forward pics to my cleaner lady and make sure she does a better job" (so apparently NOT pretty clean?). He offered a free night if we returned but I would not stay here again. We saw roaches during our stay and had to wash everything before taking it home to avoid carrying eggs. It also started to rain from the ceiling on our last day. Also: a close neighbor has a dog who barks loudly ALL. NIGHT. LONG. There is a note in the info book advising that we can go ask the neighbor if this bothers us, but I was not comfortable going to a stranger's door at night with a noise complaint. The owner was pleasant whenever I spoke/texted with him, but we didn't enjoy our stay at all.

Holiday Home
John was a great host very prompt with any questions or problems we had. His home was very spacious comfortable and well cared for. The wildlife viewing in the back yard was fabulous. The location was great close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. The only negative thing I can offer is the neighbor dogs barked a lot at first. I think once they got use to us things were way better. Also there were a couple of houses that were a little run down in the neighborhood which is out of Johns control. The neighbors we met were very friendly and welcoming. We had a very enjoyable 2 month stay and would highly recommend this property and also the owner John. I would love to come back for an extended stay. Thank you John.

Awesome getaway location
We had the opportunity to spend our first family vacation. The location was perfect as it was close to everything but quiet and peaceful. It was super clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The owners were very nice, accommodating and helpful. This will definitely be our new location for when we travel again to that side of town. We definitely recommend this location.

Nice little getaway
We enjoyed our overall stay and would visit this area again. For the most part everything was clean and had everything we needed. The host was very punctual and helpful! We do not have any complaints at all about our stay!! We do have some suggestions as far as things that we thought should be updated. The first would be the cookware definitely needs to be replaced and maybe more of it like a simple cookie sheet. The regular coffee pot that was under the cabinet was extremely nasty! I tried cleaning it but it was too far gone (I suspect that most ppl may use the coffee pods anyway). The fence in the back yard is great for your dog but the gate itself was broken and propped with a brick. We have a small 5 pound dog so we could not let her roam out there because she could easily fit through that gate. All in all it was just minor things that needed some attention but we had a really great time and would recommend this place. The host was great!!

Nature Park backyard
Nice location, backyard has all kinds of wildlife around the canal: gators, herons, ducks, giant parakeets. House was clean and well stock with linens and kitchen spices. Close by parks are great!

Good location for access to fun.
We live an hour north from this location and wanted to spend the week closer to the gulf waters with visiting family. This home was a great landing place for exploring all the beaches and attractions. Key vista is just a few minutes from the house and the gulf beaches 30 mins. House was clean and had what we needed. It is on a small retention pond not a lake. We had fun fishing and watching the water wildlife all week none the less. Neighbors were nice. We locked ourselves out accidentally and owner was quick to help us. We enjoyed the set up of the house. The back bedroom bed is terrible so I would not count that as a sleeping space. My kids opted for the floor because the springs were hurting so bad. Other then that we really enjoyed this little house and would stay again!

Home needs improvement
This home at most could sleep six . The two beds in the second and third bedrooms are not suitable for sleeping on. Master bedroom bed was good. The blind in the guest room was broke couldn’t open it the master bedroom blind is to small for the window . The dishwasher was broke couldn’t use it the silverware, pots, where old and cheap,the drinking glasses where scratched and the plastic cups where rust stained. The dish cloth was a old towel ripped in pieces.the tv in the living room did not work and the controller had no batteries in it. The host John could not have been nicer I appreciated having him as a host . He was very accommodating and got back to us when we reached out to him he is treating this home as a rental so everything in there is being treated as such I like to have a home that feels and looks like home away from home.

Good - House is clean, comfortable, and bug free. John is a great host, very quick to respond when we needed help. Kitchen is fully functional and there's a charcoal grill on back patio. House is far enough off US-19 to not hear that traffic noise. Grocery and drug stores are just a few minutes away. Key Vista and Anclote parks are just a few minutes away. Taking the back roads it's only 15 minutes to Tarpon Springs, About 25 minutes to Howard Park. We saw multiple bird species from the backyard including Bald Eagle, Osprey, Curlew, Mallard, Herons, Egret, Stork, Gallinule, Dove, Green Parrot, and of course Cormorant. Neutral - The neighborhood is mostly nice with a few poorly maintained places. A back neighbor across the pond has chickens and a rooster that can be a little noisy. We didn't mind the crowing. There's at least one alligator in the pond, saw a 5-6 footer three times. The pond wall will likely keep them out of the yard. Bad - No lake, it's a pond. The backyard is thin grass/weeds with a large area of wood chips so we had to clean wood chips from our dog's hair and sweep the floors frequently. The backyard lighting is poor. There's a motion activated light, but it turns on and off constantly and doesn't provide enough coverage. The back chain link fence has some gaps along the bottom and at the gate, a little dog would be able to slip thru. Ugly - The neighbor on bedroom side of house has noisy barking and whining dogs. They were quite annoying at times.

Holiday FL Vacation
Stayed at this property for a month in Jan/Feb 2023. Had a great time. House was clean upon arrival. Any issues we had, which were few, were resolved in a timely manner. Any inquiries to the owner were answered promptly. Several days during our stay we never left the property due to the it’s location on a small pond which was nice for hanging out and watching the wildlife. Kudos to John for being an awesome host. Would definitely stay at this property again!!
