This perfect beach get-a-way is newly updated with the most peaceful setting; it's the perfect spot to enjoy island life. The downstairs open concept makes it easy for entertaining with an open and fully stocked kitchen, breakfast bar, dining room and open living room which leads out to the first of two decks, both are ocean facing. Right beyond the kitchen, you will find a full bathroom, 1 bedroom, and laundry closet. Upstairs you will find 2 additional bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The master suite has a deck, which also faces the ocean, so take a break from your busy vacation and enjoy the breeze and sound of the ocean waves. Two of the 3 bedroom have a smart tv which makes steaming your favorite apps an ease for any family member or friend. The best thing about this property is its location as its within walking distance to the heart of Surf City. Not only is this community quiet, clean, and well kept, but it also offers private beach access and a pool.

$50 charge for every key fob not returned. Every guest has 2 key fobs which are attached to 2 lanyards and located next to the front door. The key fob should be used to unlock the gate to the pool and the fence to the boardwalk (private beach access for Turtle Cove guests) which is located across on the street.

Great stay!!!
The property was Great! Communication with the host was great, the cleaning crew didn't do a very thorough job prior to our arrival, but other than that we were very happy with our stay. Super close to the beach, private pool and private beach access was awesome!

Girls weekend getaway
This house is very chic, modern and so nicely decorated. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for our girls weekend. Each room is nicely decorated with a cute beachy vibe. The beds are so comfortable. We were in close proximity to everything in Surf City. You can tell the owners of this home take pride in their condo unit. We would definitely recommend and come back here.

Adorable property
This was our first time in Surf City and will definitely be back. We were extremely pleased with the property and the owner has it decorated so cute. You can tell they really care about their place. Everything was very clean, appliances were not cheap ones which is a huge plus, as we cooked almost every meal our entire week there. The walk from the front door to the sand was only 5 minutes. 10/10 recommend this property!!

Great location!!
Comfortable stay with direct access to an awesome family-friendly beach just a short walk across the street. Enjoyed hanging out on the back decks hearing the ocean waves, unit had enough of everything for the week stay and is a great community. Also bonus access to a nice walkway through the salt marsh on the back end of property. Surf City is SO great, small town lots to see. It's our second time coming down, LOVE it here.

Great place close to everything!
We've stayed in Surf City a handful of times and were initially bummed when we couldn't stay at our previous spot (we booked late!) but this place was amazing! Very clean, cute decor, and super responsive property manager. This is the first trip that we did not have to bring our own sheets and bath towels which doesn't seem like a big thing until you're the one who does all the packing for your family. The home is supplied with pretty much anything you'll need and everything is quality. The beds are super comfortable and it was great having a bath in or off each room. The home is located within walking distance (less than a mile) from all the restaurants like Shaka Taco and North Shore Juice and only steps from the beach with a private boardwalk. Taking to kids to the beach was a breeze because the location was so great. You can see and hear the ocean from both outdoor decks. Would absolutely stay here again!
