Is your family looking to have a relaxing and affordable vacation this year on Topsail Island? Well, we have a home for you! "Holler'' is perfect for pet-friendly families who love to enjoy what Topsail Beach has to offer without breaking the bank! This 2 bedroom 1 bathroom lower level of the duplex "Hoot & Holler'' is conveniently located within walking distance of beach access on both the ocean and sound side of the Island! The sound side access is only steps away from the house making it super easy for Kayak lovers to get to the water and glide away!

When you first arrive you will find 2 parking spaces available in the paved driveway on Channel Blvd. There is also a gravel driveway on Scott Ave that is shared with the upstairs unit, "Hoot".

Holler's bed sizes include 1 Queen and 2 Twin XL. Pillows and blankets are provided.

The house has 2 parking spaces. Please DO NOT park on the grass due to a buried septic tank.

➤This property is pet-friendly! A non-refundable fee will apply per pet. Limit of 2 pets per reservation. (100lb limit)

➤No Smoking is allowed inside this property.

➤Linens (Sheets and Towels) ARE Included with Lewis Realty reservations!!

The property was in a great location and we enjoyed both the sound and the oceanfront. The fire ants were pests but we managed to still have a good time.

Pricey but enjoyable
It is close to the beach and sound. No views. Could be cleaner. We didn’t have time for kayaking but they’re are available.

Nice Location and that is about it
Very dirty. Wife spent hours cleaning and sanitizing. My wife cleans houses for a living. Provided free deep clean that would ordinarily charge $800 or more. Balls of prior pet hair under furniture and crevices, , pet urine stains in various places on baseboards, a roach, a termite, very dim and poor lighting, and very hard bed that made for some serious daily back aches. The cleanest part was the owner’s garage where the washer and dryer sit. Place is nice and clean for the next guests. We should be reimbursed for the free deep clean.
