This south side of a duplex offers plenty of privacy with a private driveway, wet-weather entrance, decks & even your own private walkway to the beach.

This home features the popular reverse floor plan featuring the top level's covered oceanfront porch, complete with comfortable porch rockers, an outdoor dining table & four chairs. From there, you can enter into the open living area, complete with vaulted ceilings and beautiful furnishings. Just steps away, the dining area and kitchen are sure to be special spots for the family to enjoy those memorable meals. This place feels like home and making memories here on Topsail Island is easy.

A wonderful visit!
Feels like home lived up to its name! It was clean, comfortable and the oceanfront views were spectacular! The updates and reminders from Ward Realty were especially helpful for trash pick up and during the power outage. We really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful beach getaway!
This property is amazing! I stayed here for a long weekend with my husband and three young kids, and it was perfect. The kitchen is stocked with any gadget you might need if you actually cook. There is a broom, vacuum, and mop in case you need to clean up because….kids. The master bedroom and the living room have amazing ocean views. Access to the beach could not be easier or shorter. So peaceful, relaxing, and “homey.” It really does feel just like home. Will definitely stay here again!!

Great home for a family of 6. Very Clean and plenty of room.
Would definitely stay here again. We had a blast sitting on the upstairs porch one evening watching lightening strike across the sky over the ocean and hearing the thunder come shortly after. Made tons of memories, fantastic family time!
