Is your family looking to have a relaxing and affordable vacation this year on Topsail Island? Well, we have a home for you! The "Hoot & Holler" duplex is perfect for pet-friendly families who love to enjoy what Topsail Beach has to offer without breaking the bank! This 4 bedroom 3 bathroom duplex is conveniently located within walking distance of beach access on both the ocean and sound side of the Island! The sound side access is only steps away from the house making it super easy for Kayak lovers to get to the water and glide away!

When you first arrive you will find ample parking with spaces available in the gravel driveway on Scott Ave as well as a smaller paved driveway on Channel Blvd. A total of 4 to 5 cars can fit comfortably. Guests can enjoy the yard areas on both sides of the property, but please do not park on the grass in order to prevent damage to the septic field.

Hoot& Holler's bed sizes include 2 Kings, 1 Queen, 2 Twin XL, and a Bunk Bed set. Pillows and blankets are provided.

The house has 4 parking spaces. Please DO NOT park on the grass due to a buried septic tank.

➤This property is pet-friendly! A non-refundable fee will apply per pet. Limit of 2 pets per reservation. (100lb limit)

Upstairs 😊, Downstairs ☹️
The location of this property is wonderful with access to the sound just across the street and ocean access 2 short blocks away. The upstairs unit was very nice and clean. There were hardwood floors in beautiful condition and the living room sectional looked new. The built-in microwave in the kitchen was not functioning but a substitute microwave was provided on a rolling cart. The open floor plan was great for family time with a huge dining room table. The downstairs unit was not so nice as upstairs. It appears to be a converted basement or garage with bare concrete floors and throw rugs. The dining room furniture was shabby with no dishwasher in the kitchen. The laundry area is located in the garage and you are given the key to access it. Compared to the upstairs it seemed dark and the rooms were small. You had to keep the window a/c units running constantly along with a dehumidifier which had to be emptied several times a day. I felt bad for our family members that stayed down there but they said it was good enough. I don't think that downstairs would be good to stay in if you had asthma or allergies. This would be a five-star property if the downstairs was as nice as the upstairs.
