Great condo close to the beach. Elevator made it easier to access property. However the bed needs to be upgraded. It was too firm. The beach in this area is beautiful.

Well equipped condo
Unfortunately the carpet was very stained and if you didn’t wear shoes your feet were black. The microwave wasn’t working the first day however if was fixed the next afternoon.

Not cleaned on time
Was not cleaned at arrival, company came a couple hours later , other than that everything went fine . Springs in sofa bed poking thru and ripping the bottom of the cushions. I laid some cardboard on top to stop it .

Great stay!
This is an easy to access, clean, well decorated condo located right on the beach. Parking is convenient, the building is quiet, restaurants and activities are nearby. We had an enjoyable, problem free stay and would recommend this condo to others.

Winter get-a-way
The location and area were very nice. It would have been nicer if the living room windows had more than just sheer curtains. It was easy to see in at night with the lights on. Also, I know it is beyond the owners control, but they were going to turn off the power early the morning we were leaving. Just made for a quick dash to get ready to leave that morning. But overall we enjoyed it very much.

The property was very clean upon entry but on day two or three and the cleaning products smell wore off there was a terrible sour/ garbage smell throughout the entryway and kitchen area the remainder of the week. They sent the maintenance person over on the third day to bring an O2 machine that would run while I was gone to clear the air. It worked just for a few hours at a time but on the very next day they came without notice and picked it up leaving a note they had been there and come into the property while I was not there and there was no notification by call or text. The smell remained and was quite putrid keeping me in the back of the house in the bedroom or out on the patio to avoid it. The beaches are so beautiful and the access is right there so I stayed outdoors most of the time unless it was storming. The condition of the unit was pretty good overall the bed was very firm and the carpet could use replacing as it’s pretty well stained at this point but everything else is extremely clean and seemed sanitary otherwise.

Location is terrific
You cannot beat the convenience of the condo being few steps from the beach! It was perfect for us! The cleanliness could have used some attention to detail- nothing huge though. Getting our laundry done was certainly a challenge, as there is only one washer/ dryer per floor. It took some serious teamwork of me and my husband monitoring in order to catch the washer not being used. Overall- it was a good stay. Again- the location is super convenient!

Clean, convenient - a perfect vacation getaway
We loved the beachfront location of this property. Easy to find and check-in was a breeze. The condo was in a great location with a trolley stop right out front. We enjoyed sunsets on the beach out front and sunrises on the Anna Maria Pier which was just down the road. We enjoyed having our own kitchen so we didn't have to eat out every meal & found it to have everything we needed. We'd definitely stay again.

Holmes Beach condo
Wonderful decorated condo. Tiny view of beach from corner of deck, otherwise you look at a wall from living room. Condos were having sealing done so no access to parking at building for a week, had to find street parking. The kitchen had 6 spoons, and lacked in a good coffee pot. My husband fixed the one in closet. Provides no salt pepper at all in kitchen. Have to buy all spices. Bathroom shower curtain has mold across bottom. Cabinet under sink in kitchen is gross and sticky. We did laundry everyday. Needs more bath towels. When we arrived, got up our first morning to take showers and the towels were wet. The bed was hot and extremely uncomfortable, slept on couch. Something plastic on bed. Spots

Good location on Holmes Beach
I would come back to this property again. The main issue we had was getting the keys after hours: it involved a 2 mile drive and a hard to figure out lock box. The sofa bed was pretty terrible as the mattress needs replacement. Overall very good.

Great vacation!
The place was immaculate. Decorations were perfect. The place had everything we could need. The only negative was an extremely hard mattress. EXTREMELY hard mattress.
