The Space:
Kitchen
Our large kitchen is the heart of the house and is well equipped. We have tried to include everything to make your stay as easy as possible. There is a; dishwasher, washing machine, large range cooker, full-length fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron, glasses, cutlery, pans and utensils.
Dining Room
Our lovely dining room allows all guests to enjoy the social space together. The table comfortably seats eight people. There is also a piano if you want to try a sing along.
Living Room
Our spacious living room boasts a sizeable sofa for relaxing in. You can log in to your own Netflix/Amazon Prime account on the Smart TV so you can continue to binge watch your favourite programmes if you desire.
Family Bathroom
The first floor has the family bathroom which has a toilet, a sink, and a bath with shower over. We provide hand soap and body wash as well as towels for each guest.
Bedroom 1 and 2
Located on the second floor, bedrooms 1 & 2 are both of good size and have king size double beds. Each room has a separate ensuite shower room and a wardrobe to hang and store your clothes in. There is a dressing table/desk in both rooms as well as plenty of plug sockets for your electronics. One room has an outlook over the back and the other over the front.

The third bedroom is located on the first floor and has two single beds. It looks over the back and has a hanging rail.
Bedroom 4
This is the attic room and is arrived at via the spiral staircase. It has two single beds and plenty of additional room to play.
Outdoor Area
The outdoor patio area is in the parking area. There is an ash tray situated outside where used cigarettes must be placed and it should be noted that there is no smoking inside the house.
Parking
There is one designated off-street parking space at the side of the house for sole use of the property. If required there is also plenty of additional parking very nearby on-street or in relatively cheap car parks.
Location and Local Amenities
The house is located in the centre of the very desirable town of Holmfirth. Holmfirth is a well-known tourist location along with being a destination for a great night out. There is loads to do day and night. There is also lots of shopping, including a large Co-op only a couple of minutes’ walk away from the house, which means you can pick up the essentials you need very easily. There are children’s play parks, sports fields, and a leisure centre very close by.
