Inside, the main house includes two comfortable bedrooms—a king in the primary and a queen in the second—as well as a cozy full-size mattress in the reading nook. The detached garage has been thoughtfully converted into a bunkhouse with a king bed and sleeper sofa. Please note: the bunkhouse does not have a bathroom, and guests sleeping there will need to use the main house facilities.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and connect. With knotty pine ceilings, a cobblestone fireplace, and outdoor spaces galore, Cozy Clark Cottage is your perfect Finger Lakes escape. 🌊🔥🛶

Hot tub use
Please rinse off before entering the hot tub and be respectful of usage hours (quiet hours begin at 10 PM). Be sure to replace the cover when not in use to maintain water quality. Use at your own risk.

This property includes a converted garage bunkhouse with a king bed and pull-out sleeper sofa. It does not have a bathroom, and guests sleeping there must use the bathroom inside the main house. A window A/C unit is provided for seasonal comfort.

Total occupancy
Maximum occupancy is 10 guests total, including all sleeping areas (main house and bunkhouse).

Easy entry, hassle-free stay
