Luggage storage charge
Staff is very helpful. One thing that I was not aware is they charge storage for luggage overnight for HK$20 per piece per night even though I stayed there for 4 nights before and I will come back and stay for another 10 nights.

The room I lived in was very damp,even the sheets and bed were damp. I slept all night and it ruined my waist. When I checked out in the morning, a male staff member at the front desk was actually asleep, and I could hear a clear snoring sound.
