One of the best hotels we have stayed in. Great location, short walk to Central and the MTR. Rooms are big and well designed. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooftop bar is a bonus - very cool spot.

Overall it's not bad, but some of staff are not professional, they also need improvement for guest relations. However, housekeeping female staff King is awesome with her nice customer service. Besides that, the tai pan's management is pretty out of my expectation like food and customer service.

Excellent property with fantastic guest service from the time we arrived to the time we were bid goodbye. Multiple dining options, including a rooftop bar and restaurant with surreal views of the skyline. Near many shopping areas, and a grocery store is nearby, as well. Room is a gem- comfortable, large, blackout curtains, and a very nice bath room. Sincerely one of our favorite hotel experiences. Highly recommended!
