Like the location of the hotel and the cost of stay, but room is in just fair condition and sometimes I smell cigarette smoke in my room which is supposed to be non-smoking.

Beware of Bed Bugs!
Bed Bugs!!! Stayed 2 nights in 2 rooms. 1 rooms occupants got bitten, the other didn’t. Thin walls, smell of mildew, hard as a rock beds (only slightly exaggerating).

We stayed only for 1 night before catching flight home, quite happy with location, renovated rooms were clean and spacious as compared to newer hotels where rooms tend to be small. Easy to find local food nearby and the morning market nearby is bustling.

The main room light is malfunction. It could not be switched on. Make the room dark. Water leaking at shower head. Other than these two points, everything works well. Especially, shower water flow is strong and hot enough. Room is dirty. Floor and carpet are with lot of hairs and smudge. All towels were not changed. Nevertheless, bed sheet is clean.

Location is great, close to all amenities and public transportation. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Condition of the room could use some improvement but OK for the price. What it lacks in facilities is definitely made up for by the helpful staff.

Good pick to stay in Hong Kong island
This trip to Hong Kong is a total of 17 days, in between we have joined two tours to China, therefore we had checked in and checked out for 3 times. Every time the front desk representatives helped us quite a bit. The hotel only charged us HK$5 per luggage per day when we were joining the China tours. We will definitely booked the same hotel again next time we come to Hong Kong. The price is right, convenience location. The only negative things about this hotel are the room quite small and the wall papers need to be replaced.
