Very Noisy, bed mattress of poor quality.
The room was very noisy due to the A/C unit and noise coming from outside. Mattress was very hard and every movement of one of us shacked the bed.

The room was clean, the bed covers were a little thin. There is a $29 fee for amenities that was not mentioned before buying online. The amenities include the hotel shuttle, swimming pool, WiFi, fitness center, and others. The deposit was low $50. You get a free drink voucher to use at the hotel restaurant that must be used before 10am, which the times were not mentioned to me so I wasn’t aware. The hotel had multiple elevators which is helpful. There is a microwave and refrigerator in the room. Overall the stay was pleasant and satisfactory.

This hotel is very convenient. It has a free shuttle, a restaurant, a nice pool, and friendly helpful staff. It also has a food vending machine which is very unique and great for a simple meal.

When you check in with a car, there is no place for you to park the rental to go to the lobby. Are you supposed to go to the parking lot, find a stall and then walk back to the lobby to check in. The sequence is a little confusing. The driver who drives the shuttle needs some customer service training. The last time we stayed and needed a shuttle to the airport he wanted everyone to wait 15 minutes while he played with his phone and there were 7 people waiting for a shuttle. We called an uber driver who was there in 5 minutes.

The staff was friendly, excellent customer service, from the front desk to the bartenders, I felt the aloha spirit. The rooms were spacious, clean, I love that they have a microwave, fridge and freezer. I wish we were able to connect our Netflix on the tv, other than that, I would definitely recommend and go back.
