Annual Pool & Jacuzzi Maintenance
The AOAO of the Island Colony has advised that the swimming pool, jacuzzi and pool deck areas will be temporarily closed for its annual maintenance work beginning Sunday, November 10th at 9:00 pm. Barring any unforeseen circumstances, reopening of the pool, Jacuzzi and pool deck areas is scheduled for Monday, November 18th at 7:00 a.m.
• Work hours will be limited to Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Access gate to the pool, Jacuzzi and pool deck areas will be locked and secured
• Lounge chairs will be relocated to open areas of the rec deck for guests to use during normal operational hours

Very kind people
Everyone was very kind at the front desk daily. The room wasn’t swept as well when we entered (behind the chair and desk areas). The view is nice. You can see the canal and ocean from the balcony. We never used the amenities we paid for. We were too busy each day and didn’t hang out at the complex (our own choice) so that was extra money we shouldn’t have spent. The room was decent. We slept and got ready there. That is it. We didn’t try to cook or anything. It’s close to the main shopping so it’s easy to walk everywhere. But there were sketchy people hanging around the block all the time. I just never left my 19 year old daughter alone ever. It’s a good place for the money.
