Bathroom was very small, and the bed and pillows very hard. The view of the Ala Wai as well as the balcony was nice. Hotel security was a little rude.

Everything was great EXCEPT that the parking garage was a long ways from our room. We were on the 28th floor and had to take 2 elevators going back and forth. But staff was very welcoming and patient which calmed my anxiety. I loved my view! I enjoyed my stay at this place!

Disappointed in waiting for check-in due to not having the room ready. Very poor job in cleaning. Hospitality was extremely nice and professional when I submitted my complaint.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable more on the hard side. 😬 the internet was not working. They did said they were going to refund us for that. I will have to wait 5-7 days to see it on my statement.

Rooms need to be updated. Drapes were extremely past due to be replaced. Can’t beat the view of the ocean, canal & Diamond Head. Pool area and laundry were great.

Most standard rooms are small and quite dated with window shaker A/C Units that were quite noisy when trying to sleep. Also our bathroom sink was also our kitchen sink. We were moved halfway through our stay into a one bedroom suite much larger and had standard high wall A/C Units. Staff were pleasant.

Goods - 1) clean linen and towels 2) running water - hot and cold 3) after booking confirmation, they did send communication about major renovation. So props for being upfront. But doesn’t justify the cost. Bads- 1) major renovation going on as the property shows its age - many listed facilities are not even open. Gym is closed. Sauna has a mostly being cleaned 2) sink in bathroom was clogged 3) there were roaches here and there. Not a full scale infestation 4) overall, not worth even $100 in current condition. What they charged is egregiously high

very nice and always helpful staff. Very clean and quiet. There is a pool and BBQ area, nice landscaping, fishponds.. Suites are updated, beds comfy. Nice balcony with table and chairs. We also had a small kitchen, which was perfect. Just behind the complex is the Ala Wai Canal and Boulevard- which is very walkable/ perfect for jogging..and within a 2 km walk from Hotel is the Library, a Safeway Store and the famous Leonard's Bakery.
