Friendly staff. However, we were disappointed that the wifi service was not working in our room. When we reported this to the front desk, we were told that there were problems with the internet in some rooms and they were trying to remedy the situation. However, after four days the problem was not resolved.

We stayed at Aston Waikīkī Sunset for a week and also we stayed here 10 years ago. We had a king bedroom suite with kitchenette. Each floor has its own coin operated laundry facilities. There is a parking garage, which is $25.00 per day. We had a wonderful time and everything was great, the only thing is wished they provided more cooking utensils and smaller frying pan and smaller pot for boiling. This property is located in a good location, walkable to Waikīkī beach, shopping, restaurants and bus stop. We had a great time visiting Hawaii for the second time. I love Hawaii ❤️

It was a great place to stay in for the 16 days we were there. The only issues i had were that the wifi wasnt working for the last 5 or 6 days and the elevators do take a while.

This property is one that needs improvement. It is not suggested if you are traveling with a large family in a large suv and it will scrape the top of your car when you park. Hallways smell and rooms air blow out like it is a swamp cooler. We also had a cockroach in the kitchen. Beware
