They took so much different amount of money out of my account and then refunded it back in oddly amount. When I paid cash for the room. Trying to get someone to speak to you or return your calls was absolutely out of the question.

We wanted to stay near the Honolulu airport the last night, and it was a big mistake. This hotel is right next to a multi lane highway and close to military bases, and you could hear commercial and military airplanes, trucks and speeding cars. I heard all the above plus the weird noise from the AC all through my ear plugs ALL NIGHT LONG. We all had a terrible sleep. The breakfast was the only thing that was decent, and the free airport shuttle was nice too. However, I would not recommend this hotel or stay here again.

We were pleasantly surprised at how big the room was. Bathroom not so much, but good enough to do your business in. We weren’t able to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast this time, but had a grab & go bag. Parking a little pricey & narrow- book through BW if you’re a Kama’Aina & get a parking discount. Overall, pleased with the stay.

The staff is friendly and accommodating, but the property is under several freeway overpasses and the windows don’t keep the noise out. It is more of a light industrial area, so you need transportation to get to nicer restaurants or shopping.

Room darkening let too much light into the room in the morning. Walls not insulated well, heard noise from other rooms and street. Scents in soaps lotion etc. to strong. Many people have allergies to scented products. Room looked nice and were clean.
