Walking distance to Waikiki Beach and shopping. Location was great and quick response from property manager. Furnishing is a bit outdated and sparse. Dryer needed to start a few times before clothes were dry. Sufficient for a short stay.

Family Getaway!
Great location, shares the same block as the famous marugame udon just on the opposite side right in front of the ala wai canal. The bed(s) were actually really comfortable, and all the sheets and pillows were sanitized! (you can tell when the pillows have been cleaned.) Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for the week! Love the small lanai so when we cooked the door could remain open and the smells could leave and not enter the full apt. Washer and dryer was amazing to have, literally the reason we booked this home. towels, beach towels, baskets, hangers, and beach supplies were also provided for our stay. Only downfall, which aren’t too bad, - limited living room seating. the sofa wasn’t too spacious for 3 people to sit, and the wooden stools were fine just not if we wanted to sit for a long time to stay comfy. - windy windy weather which made the sliding doors RATTLE! can’t control the weather so this may never happen to you, but it was so hard to sleep when the doors would rattle so loud! overall 4.8/10! I would definitely book this place again. it was super quiet and relaxing!

The stay was without any issue related to the unit. The water was shut off for about 7 hours one day almost as a regular maintenance issue. We could not sit at or by the pool for 6 of the 14 days due to high winds. Yes I would stay here again

The location is central and very convenient. The apartment is great. It was clean, having a washer and dryer and well-equipped kitchen was very useful, and rooftop access, views, beach stuff (chairs, beach towels), A/C, and parking spot were all great. One inconvenience, which is more about the building than the apartment, is that the building had to shut off the water for repairs for 3 out of our 8 days. The couch in the living room has seen better days. But otherwise everything worked well and our contact person was very responsive and helpful! Would recommend.

Really enjoyed this condo, found it to be the perfect location. Loved the parking stall. Easy access, this condo suited the way we travel which is to rent a car, pack breast and lunch and come home in the evening. The hidden gem is the rooftop grilling area and pool/sauna. The condo itself is great, a little short on counter space. Outside noise was a little loud at times due to construction. On our last day water was shutoff (construction related), we felt bad we couldn’t do some dishes.

Perfect location
This location could not have been better for us! Close to the beach, close to getting out of Waikiki when we needed to do other things. The unit fit our needs perfectly - the only two comments I would make is 2 forks and the sliding glass door; . 4 forks and a larger frying pan would have been awesome - but being resourceful folks, we made do. The sliding door definately needs the track cleaned and/or new rollers as it took two of us to open and close it. I would not hesitate to return here again!

The listing advertised that there was a king bed and a pull out couch. There was a note when I walked in that the pull out couch was broken since March and it still wasn’t fixed when we arrived in mid April. It was frustrating because we needed to use this space and I brought it up to management that I should have been informed prior to arrival. They gave me a little money off due to inconvenience but I was expecting a lot more money discount due to the inconvenience

My husband & I enjoyed our stay at this property. It had a great location, easy access to Waikiki without the crowds, and the restaurants in the area. The property was clean, had free parking, and a washer and dryer in the unit. The only downside that I may mention is that you do hear a lot of street noise. Overall, if we plan on staying in the Waikiki area, we would definitely consider staying at this property again.

We had a great time at this property.
Check in process was smooth. Condo was very clean and at a good location. We loved that there were cooking and beach essentials. Washer and dryer in unit was the best thing which you wont get even staying in a resort. There was a pool as well even though we didn't use it. Free parking was a perk. You may not have other luxuries of a resort stay such as daily house keeping or ocean view however we had a great time at this place.

Good condo with room for 4. Convenient location. A block from the International Marketplace. Great food close by. Poke bowls across the street, Mexican food with delicious fish tacos on the corner right next to the best donuts at Donut King, and also next to Udon noodle house and Paia Fish Market restaurant. Not to mention the food court at the mall that has a great variety. So you'll be set for all your meals. The property is within walking distance to Waikiki beach and all of the merchant shops, from ABC stores to Gucci. The people are super friendly in the area, no one seems sketchy. The condo has fobs that are used to get into your unit and parking and there is a security guard at the lobby desk. The condo itself has a small living area with a fold out sofa bed that sleeps 2, a kitchen with quite a few utensils, a bedroom with a king sized bed and a bathroom with tub/shower combo and a washer and dryer. There are 2 very small patio areas. One off the kitchen and bedroom which is a good place to put beach toys and let your suits hang dry, the other is off the living room and it is only large enough to stand on, no chairs will fit. The unit comes with a few small toiletries, 3 rolls of toilet paper, 2 rolls of paper towels, 3 garbage bags, bath towels and beach towels, a blow dryer, iron, brooms and stick vac. There was quite a bit of sand on the floor even after sweeping it myself. I think the floors do need a deep cleaning because our feet were black after walking around inside (I think house keeping sweeps and doesnt mop). Also, our shower had a leak that I think is in the wall. After every shower water would drain out onto the floor and the drywall was soft. I will be letting management know. The unit comes with sheets and pillows, I did request additional bedding for the sofa bed and it was provided. There is a pool and barbecues on the roof, with bathrooms, and a gym. One parking space is provided for free. Worth mentioning, it is noisy because it is downtown, I used earplugs. The condo does have air conditioning, a window unit in the living area and a mini split in the bedroom. If you want to save money this is the way to go. It's not a tropical paradise like the hotels on the beach, but it is within walking distance to the beautiful landscapes of Hawaii. Aloha!

PERFECT LOCATION
This building is located in the perfect location. It’s a stones throw away from the International Market and walking distance from the Waikiki Strip and literally it’s right across one of my all time FAVORITE foodie spot Maguro Bros. The unit is well equipped with pots and pans if you feel you want to eat in. It also comes with a parking spot which is a huge plus. Parking rate in Waikiki is between $35-$40/day. You also have a washer/dryer, which for me, sealed the deal. The check in/check out process was easy. I had no problems retrieving the key/fob from the lock box. You can’t enter the building or elevator without a fob. I felt safe and the staff were really nice. I will definitely stay here again
