This newly renovated 8th-floor studio at the Pacific Monarch is the perfect retreat for 2 guests. Situated in the heart of historic Waikiki, it's been carefully updated to offer a peaceful, inviting space that lets you relax in comfort while enjoying all the excitement Waikiki has to offer. Inside, we've got you covered with a handy split air-conditioning unit to keep you cool and comfy. The open layout includes a kitchenette with all the essentials: a full-size refrigerator, a double burner hot plate, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, kettle, dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils. And speaking of A/C, we've upgraded to a super-quiet Split A/C unit for your ultimate comfort – no noisy window units here! The room has a Vant Elevated Platform Bed - California King Size with Beautyrest Pressure smart™ 2.0 Plush 11.75" Mattress, one new regular sofa, and a cool 75" Samsung smart TV. You've also got free high-speed wireless internet, a dining table for 2, and a ceiling fan to keep things cool.
Your sleep is important to us, so we've got a brand new king-size mattress called "Beautyrest Silver Open Seas King Mattress." It's just the right balance of soft and firm, with technology to keep you cool and comfy all night long. AirCool Gel memory foam features an open-cell structure that helps dissipate heat and keeps you at your ideal sleeping temperature. This unique design conforms to your body while providing pressure point relief and freedom of movement.
All linens and towels, including beach towels, are provided. You also have easy access to laundry facilities which are located on the 3rd floor.
If you have a car, parking in the building is available for $35 per day (subject to change), payable directly to the parking machine at the garage entrance.
And here's the icing on the cake: don't forget to check out the stunning rooftop recreation deck on the 34th floor, featuring a pool, a relaxing jacuzzi hot tub, and a rejuvenating sauna.

HOW TO GET HERE:
From Honolulu Airport, it is just a 20-minute drive from your destination. Rent a car to explore or grab a taxi for around $45, depending on traffic. Look for signs on the way to the taxi area upon arrival. Enjoy your trip!

Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we're unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you'd like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we'd suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Midway Vacations, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap. Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.
HOUSEKEEPING:
Our professional housekeeping team has strict procedures and checklists to guarantee constant quality across all our properties. All linens and towels are professionally cleaned with scent-free detergent and high-temperature washing (180F). Our trained inspectors also check everything before each arrival.
The cleaning fee includes all of the services listed above and restocking for amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
LINENS & TOWELS:
We provide one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. The bed is equipped with a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and a blanket are on the dresser.
LAUNDRY ROOMS:
There is a laundry room on the 3rd floor with coin and credit-card-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit.
3O NIGHTS OR MORE STAY:
Experience even greater savings! Reach out to us when planning a stay of 30 nights or more, and enjoy a 10% discount on your total room fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses as well. During this period, you may experience some noise and minor inconveniences as maintenance work is carried out to improve the property. Please be aware that access to lanais will be restricted 24/7 during this project. POOL AND ROOFTOP DECK CLOSURE:
Pool Closure: December 16, 2024 – February 24, 2025 (approx.)
Mauka Area: The mountainside of the rooftop will remain open for the jet spa, BBQ, and game area until January 6, 2025.
Full Rooftop Closure: From January 6, 2025, the entire rooftop deck will be closed until the pool reopens for safety and waterproofing work.
Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
