Location: 👍 close to beach and restaurants parking is a plus. Cleanliness:👎 condo had a bad smell. I had to buy a plug in to get rid of the food and dirty smell. The bathroom had dirty stains on tile and faucets. The tub facet has falling off. The kitchen had a grease stains and some of the dishes were dirty probably because as part of check out you have to wash and put all the dishes away. Most likely some people don’t wash them well. The bed skirt was stained probably from not changing it in weeks. Sheets were clean! The floors seemed swept but not mopped you could see old dirt patches. This condo has potential but needs cleaning and maintenance ASAP. Also one major disappointment was that there was no beach accessories. For the past 20 yrs my family and I have been to Hawaii condos always provide beach accessories ( chairs, umbrella, mat) Overall is fine if you don’t t mind doing a little cleaning on your first day.

The parking garage is only for little cars. We rented a suburban, that would fit my family and my parents who were also staying in the same building, but vacationing with us. No where did it mention or say that large vehicles will have issues finishing parking spaces because they cannot enter any level other than the bottom level, which is reserved for the owners that live there. That is extremely inconvenient. We ended up not driving many places even though we had a car, because we didn’t want to not have a parking space. That should be fully disclosed when these condos are rented.

Really nice view. Woke up to the birds chirping everyday. It was magical. Great condo. Everything was walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

In general it was good, clean and good location, family of 5 stayed and we were comfortable. We had no interaction with the manager of the property but only when we arrived and the room wasn't ready. Inspector and cleaning person were not friendly at all - this didn't change our opinion of the property. One issue was the tub and sink were clogged after a couple of days I checked it was due to a lot of hair which meant inspector and cleaning crew are not doing very good job.
