For your convenience and comfort, this air-conditioned unit boasts an open floor plan and a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dining table that seats up to 4. The bedroom features a king-size bed for restful nights, while the living area boasts a pullout sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV. To sweeten the deal, there's a full bathroom with a walk-in shower featuring a handy handheld shower wand.

All linens and towels, including beach towels, are provided, and you’ll also have easy access to laundry facilities located on each floor. With free high-speed internet and free parking, you just can’t go wrong with Waikiki Banyan!

-    A coin-operated BBQ grill with availability from 10 AM to 9 PM.

CHECK-IN/ CHECKOUT:
Check-in: after 3:00 PM (NO front desk)
Early check-ins are subject to availability. If you wish to check in at 1:00 p.m., an additional fee of $50 will be charged. If you wish to check in at 10:00 a.m., an additional fee of $75 will be charged. A check-in earlier than 10:00 a.m. would require booking an additional night. Please contact Midway Vacations to see if this request can be arranged. 

Check out: before 10:00 AM (remember to leave the parking pass and garage key in the unit)
Late check-outs are subject to availability. If you wish to extend your checkout time until 1:00 p.m., an additional fee of $50 will be charged. If you wish to extend your checkout time until 3:00 p.m., an additional fee of $75 will be charged. A later checkout time than 3:00 p.m. would require booking an additional night. Please contact Midway Vacations to see if this request can be arranged. 

HOW TO GET HERE:

Check out: any time before or at 10:00 AM 
Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we’re unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you’d like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we’d suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Midway Vacations, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. 

From Honolulu Airport, it’s about a 20-minute ride – Prices are around $45 depending on traffic. Follow the signs to the taxi area upon arrival.

CHECKOUT CLEANING: 
The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels with high temperature (180F) and restocking of amenities after each departure.
There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.

STARTER SUPPLIES: 
We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap. 
Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival. 

LINENS & TOWELS: 
We provide one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and a blanket are in the closet.

LAUNDRY ROOMS:
There are laundry rooms on each floor with coin and credit-card-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit. There is a coin change machine next to the lobby in Tower 2. Laundry room hours are from 8 am-10 pm daily.

TRASH ROOM:
Trash rooms are located at the end of each floor, next to the emergency exit. 

3O NIGHTS OR MORE STAY:
Experience even greater savings! Reach out to us when planning a stay of 30 nights or more and enjoy a 10% discount on your total room fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses as well. This property sits on the corner of the 33rd floor. The view is stunning! The apartment is comfortable, with all amenities needed for a holiday stay. We appreciated the free parking pass even though we hadn't rented a car. This is a bonus as parking is difficult and expensive without a pass. The walking to the main drag on the beach was a short 5-7 minutes, and there is a lot to see and do. Close to yummy shopping and coffee shops. The building was quiet at night and we never felt unsafe arriving late. We used the laundry facility whuch was right next door! I would highly recommended this property as a better alternative to a hotel!

Waikiki from on high.
Stayed in Waikiki to see a show at the Blue Note. Couldn't have been more convenient, and a spectacular view toward Diamond Head. Everything was delivered as advertised. Would have liked to stay longer and explore the area, but that will have to wait for another time.

Perfect location
If you’re looking for the quieter side, Waikiki‘s condo has it. Being located closer to Diamondhead and the zoo is a lot quieter than most of Waikiki. A Quick two block walk to the beach where you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas make it a dream paradise Great value for everything you get inside this condo We would definitely stay her again !

Great location and view.
The property is as described on the website. High floor with a great view. It is clean but bathroom and kitchen are small. We don't spend much time in there anywhere. The condo is close to Waikiki beach. You can walk the beach as well as most stores and restaurants . I would definitely stay there again.

Overall, we loved our stay. View of Diamond Head is as advertised and it’s a short walk to the beach. Property is a little dated and pool is so so but we came for the view and the location and they did not disappoint.

This corner unit on the 33rd floor had an incredible view of diamond head and the ocean. Unit was just as pictured and well stocked kitchen. The beach chairs and soft cooler were a nice addition as was the underground parking pass. The unit could use an update for plugging in electronics and a larger TV . The Banyon could use updating as halls and recreation area rather shabby but the location makes up for that. Would stay here again…THANKS

Best location but could use updates
This would be a 5 star condo if the owner would update some things. It's 2 blocks from Kalakaua, comes with free parking, and has the most amazing view of Diamond Head from the lanai and bedroom. Everything in the unit is adequate and should meet your needs, but the carpet is old, wall art and furniture is dated, and some kitchen items really need to be replaced, like scratched pots. We always stay at the Banyan, and Midway is good. Just don't think I'd stay at this unit again.

Very pleased with the unit overall. It was a comfortable space. The proximity to the beach, shopping and dining was perfect. The bathroom was not cleaned well, but everything else was. The windows in the bedroom were drafty, so that was annoying at times. The curtains would move and you could hear the wind howl. Instructions were given to empty the trash frequently to avoid pests. However we were only given 2 bags. Not enough for a 5 night stay, especially when cooking meals. All in all it was a great stay and I would return.
