The property was exactly as advertised. Great view of the ocean, pools, lagoon. Had a perfect view to the Friday night fireworks from the Balcony! Clean, bed comfortable. AC worked well! 5-stars!

Great stay
This location is just minutes away from the beach, short walk to a large mall, a few yards from the bus stop. Roomy lanai, good view. The unit is equipped for those who like to prepare meals, i.e.: stove, microwave, refrig., pans, dishes, etc.

Cozy residence with an amazing view
Overall the residence was fantastic with an easy check in process, attentive valet service for cars, and clean. Two of the five elevators were out of service so there was a long wait time either on the way up or the way down most times of the day. I’d recommend others to stay here for the location and convenience.

The dishes were not alot, especiallyrhe coffee maker. Location was great. But the amenities of towels was very little. Even though you are part of the hotel they will not help you or service even basic needs. The parking set up is not great and the staff was not very helpful or knowledgeable on how the srlf parking worked and there are no addendents to help.

We had a great stay. Easy to find. Location had quick access to freeway and Waikiki. Property was clean, looks just like photos. Great view. The only con, parking. When we arrived, valet was under staffed and had no where for us to park. It was very chaotic. After day one we prepaid for parking and it was fine. Restaurant in hotel and shops were great. We would stay again. Thanks

Perfect location Great amenities
Staying here was great. It was like staying in my apartment but with the best view ever! Located perfectly to Ala Moana and Waikiki. I would take a short bike ride to Waikiki or walk to Ala Moana and swim every morning. The kitchen really helped to save on food cost. And the lobby of the hotel was great to pick up breakfast or just hang out.

Great location and exceptional customer service
We always stay at the Ilikai when we visit so we have stayed at several condos there. First, the management company's responsiveness is superb. We had an internet slowness issue which they resolved quickly. The location of the apartment is perfect for watching the Friday fireworks. As far as improvements, I think the kitchen could have been better stocked and there are only two dining chairs. With an additional $100 they could stock up the kitchen with more glasses and other common items (salt, pepper) and some more beach items (beach blankets, beach bamboo rolls) and it would improve the amenities quite a bit. Overall a good stay.

Nice place in Waikiki
Great location with view of the Hilton lagoon and ocean. Kitchen needs to be better supplied for cooking. AC unit is small for the size of the unit. Not sure how cool the unit would stay during the summer months. For February it was ok. There was always a nice breeze with the lanai doors open. There was good communication from the management company and we were able to bypass the check in desk and go straight to the unit. The unit was clean, has strong wifi, comfortable bed and great water pressure in the shower. Overall, for the price its a nice place to stay.

The location is fantastic. The pool is nice and it's only steps to the beach. Easy access to busses. Walking distance to Waikiki beach and Magic Island. The building is older but well maitained. The unit was poorly furnished in the kitchen. Only 4 glasses and 1 wine glass. We were washing them all the time. Kitchen is older. Coffee pot with no filters. Dishwasher with no detergent. Nothing in the cabinets, not even salt and pepper. No oven mitts or kitchen towel. Those are nice to have when you have a full kitchen.

Clean and Functional
The unit was clean and functional but is in need of improvements. The kitchen needs to be expanded and renovated. The light barely worked. The furniture inside and on the lanai need to be replaced with more comfortable. Items. The furnishings such as dishes, pans, were just bare essentials. Needed to buy things when we first got there. Pictures on the wall would be nice. The AC was undersized for the room. We have stayed at other units in the Ilikai and all were in better shape. Love the location but would not stay here again.

Overall a good stay
Overall had a good stay, and there were no big complaints. The WiFi was strong and good for remote working, location and view were excellent, and the condo was very clean. But I think a few things could have been improved so likely wouldn't return. The condo could use an update: 1) the couch cushioning was worn out and needs to be replaced; 2) kitchen was quite dated, cramped, and could uses a remodel; 3) no small amenities like shampoo, conditioner, dishwasher soap (dish soap was provided), salt/oil for cooking, or detergent for laundry (at least from what I could find).

First time, won’t be the last!
Great location right on the beach. Located within walking distance to main Waikiki tourist areas but not as busy. Beaches were not heavily populated though some areas of the water are rocky. Fireworks on Friday night are right off balcony so grab some takeout, sit back and avoid the crowds below. Bed was comfortable. Couch is not for sleeping. Everyone in Hawaii has been really friendly. Mahalo!

Great Location
The unit was super clean and easily accessible to all the nearby shops and dining but still out of the way of most of the hustle and bustle of the Waikiki strip. There was a nice supply of silverware, cookware, plates, and etc. Some cons were there was no fan which would have been nice to use in the evenings instead of the AC; plus the unit gets all the morning sunlight so it gets VERY hot despite the AC being on. Also, it would have been nice to have some staple condiments to actually cook with...such as oil, salt, sugar, pepper, etc. But overall a very nice stay.
