Near a perfect visit. Saying goodbye to Cairns was difficult & the young lady at front desk who checked us out, left a final bad taste…needs friendly customer service training or was having an off day. Other than that great location, super clean & friendly staff. Hope to visit again someday

Great location. This hotel is located in a quiet end of Kalakaua Avenue away from the busiest foot traffic areas while close enough to shops, beach, and other attractions.

The property was a bit older but it was clean and within walking distance to the beach and shopping. I had a car and they had forced valet parking which was not my favorite but the guys were very sweet. I was in and out a lot so I had to tip more than expected.
