Aloha, thank you very much for staying with us and for your review! We always want to listen to our guests and improve for them, and I'll be letting the staff know to look out for any smells, which shouldn't ever be a problem as each room is cleaned throughly for each guest. The cats and dogs are not allowed on the guest floors, but I'll ask the family to make sure to inspect the premises just in case. We apologize about the pool area, I will share the review with them and see that the area is attended to, but all guests should know that their comfort is a priority for us and if you ever need anything or notice a problem, all they need to do is ask and we'll be happy to take care of their needs.
