The employees were amazingly friendly and while the establishment is older, I had a very clean and tidy room. I have already booked my next stay here with no hesitations. The shuttle to the airport and back was very punctual.

The only good things about this hotel are the shuttle, close proximity to the airport and the friendly staff. Good for in late and out early. It is dated and could use upgrading but price reflected that.

This is a fun place to stay if you are heading to the airport for the next day. The bar and Chinese food was excellent and the staff was great. Rooms are not the best but they work for one night. The airport shuttle runs every half hour and is very convenient.

It was OK but not great
This was a one-night stay before we flew out of Hawaii. The room was tiny and so-so comfortable. It was puzzling to pay a "resort fee" for a place which wasn't a resort. Staff were friendly but I'm not sure I'd stay here again unless I was desperate for a place to stay.

great for that overnight/transit stop
second time I have stayed - worth paying a little more for the queen over twin room. Rooms are small but if all you need is someone to have a comfortable bed and a good shower between flights then this is great. Really friendly and helpful staff - even at 2am. Advantage over other airport hotels is the shuttle runs 24 hours - give them a call from the courtesy phone (by luggage bay 24 but I am sure there are others) and they are there in 10 minutes. Little shop at reception has enough to keep you going over night if you arrive after the restaurant has closed. Will definitely use again for this type of stay.
