Nice place to stay. There are steps in front you have to carry your bags up about 12 steps. Nice reception and received fresh squeezed mango and papaya juice free. Nice room and close to beach. AC nice and cold for when you get back. Really safe and comfortable area.

The staff and the Aunties was real life local style, we loved staying there and will definitely make that place a regular when staycationing. The ambience was very soothing and the staff was really kind from the valet parking to the Aunties on the front desk. Also just knowing the history of the place and how that this is one of if not the only hotel that is family owned was very great. Really loved the clean rooms and freash coffeee not to mention the complementary drinks it was awesome thank ypu Equus.

A new goto for Honolulu
I can not praise the staff enough. I had a 4am check in but nothing was a problem. Great coffee and bagel option for breakfast. Have already told colleagues to use this hotel if more than a quick airport sleepover....Super comfortable bed....all you needing the room.....and just ask for directions...restaurant options etc. Will return for similar 48 hour transits

Good location, walking distance to both Ala Moana and Waikiki. Twin rooms are big, clean, and with good amenities. Staff are helpful and friendly. Sound proofing could be better, a lot of road noise heard in the rooms. The single elevator for 10 floors is old and creaks. Property has no driveway, just a street level garage and you have to carry bags using outside stairs to the lobby.
