Romer House was small and fairly new when we stayed. The Good: the location is great if you any to walk to Waikiki shops and beaches along the Waikiki area. The staff especially Ryan at the bar and Peter at the restaurant were top notch. The not so good: we found the staff not really informed on the happenings at the hotel, and signage isn’t really prominent. The room was a good size, odd you needed to go through the bathroom to access the lanai. We had the Queen with city view, and the room itself doesn’t have places to hang your suit or beach towels.

We stayed during the beginning of November. The staff was friendly and the hotel was in a walkable area close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The hotel was also accessible by public transportation making it easy to see some of the sights of Honolulu and Waikiki.

Amazing Newly renovated hotel
Amazing newly renovated hotel…adult only so was a nice getaway. Staff brought the Hawaii sport and were so welcoming and friendly. Food and drinks were great at the Poolside as well as lounge. Centrally located so easy to walk the whole area of Waikiki.

Staff upgraded us for free upon our early arrival. Literally from the moment we arrived from the moment we left they were constantly making sure we had everything we needed. For a new hotel, they exceeded my expectations and honestly would stay there again anytime!

They charge $100 a night for the deposit fee. Be prepared to drop a lot at once. Other than that, great stay. I wish I had a balcony room.

Awesome location. Both rooms we had contained something that was slightly broken and never fixed. Room would be cleaned but toilet paper not added (when it was needed). Staff was super-nice and friendly.

The hotel is really great for the location. Just be ready for parking everyday around $40-$55. And if your room is located by the road you will hear the noise from outside. But everything is else is nice. Had a great stay overall.

The hotel itself no problem. But if you get a rental car be prepared to pay 51 dollars a day to park there. That’s where I probably want be back. We rent cars to see the inland, I feel sorry for the workers where do they park

I appreciated the central location—close to Waikiki Beach and the International Marketplace. However, the noise was a downside as the rooms lacked soundproofing. Thankfully, we had earplugs, which helped. Aside from that, we had a wonderful stay, and the staff were fantastic!
