Lovely getaway
This was a comfortable condo in the middle of Waikiki. Just right for the two of us. Despite the rainy weather, we had a great time! What a great view! And kind staff. Mahalo!

No on site assistance - TV not working (remote needed batteries), toilet leak, beg for toilet paper, not a queen bed (bed was 2 piece furniture), no pillow cases & room code stopped working for 15 hours (no staff available)

Amazing view- room is a bit "tired" - kitchen utensils/dinnerware need to be updated - missing: broom/toaster oven. Missing serving bowls. Bed has a old foam on top of the mattress. Bedside tables are worn/lamps have broken shades. Bathroom is fine. More garbage bags for the kitchen s/b provided - not just one for 9 days! Location was amazing.

Views are fantastic and the space very pleasant as presented. A little tight for 3 but a great hoping point for Waikiki and area. Only misgiving was the limited supply of tp. After 5 days, when we inquired with the property manager for another roll, were told to buy our own. Other that, it was easy access but note the car park is spendy for the area.

Great view
This place has a fantastic view! It was very convenient as everything was within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay. However, there are some issues with the apartment. The apartment was not as clean as we expected. The bed sheets were dirty and overall the place needed some deep cleaning. The rack in the shower needs to be removed as it is all rusted.

Island Colony Getaway
This was a beautiful hotel, safe and with an awesome pool. Some details were missed with the cleanliness, not enough dishes (plates, bowls), shower head kept running cold water, tvs did not work and bed was slanted, but we did enjoy the space and the location could not be beat. A/C was a huge plus! We would stay here again in the future.

Fantastic view condo in a great location that needs some updating and maintenance attention
This is a nice condo located 4 blocks from Kalakaua Avenue with a fantastic view of the ocean and Diamond Head on the 43rd floor. It has a kitchenette. Unfortunately, the dishes are cracked, chipped and only a few plates remain. There was only one wine glass so we purchased two at a local store to use. The curtains are falling apart and need to be replaced (they are tattered on the edges and fibers are falling on the floor. The bed has a foam topper placed on top of the mattress which needs to either be replaced with a quality topper or a new mattress needs to be put into the condo. The bathroom is equipped with 4 sets of white towels although it needs to have one of the towel bars (which is missing) on the door replaced so you have space to hang wet towels. Water pressure / temperature will tend to fluctuate while showering. If these issues are addressed, this would be a great property I would consider booking again while in Waikiki.
