Alohana Waikiki Banyan 2514. This 25th floor, one bedroom corner unit condo at the Waikiki Banyan Tower 2 has 2 full size beds and a queen size sleeper sofa. It will accommodate up to 4 people.

Enjoy the LCD flat screen TV or cook a gourmet meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Free high-speed internet, WI-fi provided.
NEW Split AC's have been installed January 2024! One unit in the bedroom, and a second in the living room for great cooling in both rooms, even with doors closed. New photos coming soon!
The balcony is perfect for outdoor relaxing and watching the surfers in Waikiki. Enjoy a cocktail or cup of coffee from your private lanai while you enjoy the spectacular views!

Bathroom has recently been upgraded with new flooring and a standard door at the entry, providing more space in the interior of the bathroom and toilet area. New photos coming soon!

Great location
Location was great but the facility needs a major facelift. The unit needs paint, a shower curtain liner that is clean and without mold and more storage space for guests. Many spaces had notes “For owner use only”. Closet was full of owners property leaving little room for guest clothes. I would not recommend the unit. The property manager, however, was very responsive.

This property is very conveniently located to the beach and to shopping. Unfortunately we didn't have an opportunity to use the pool as it was being serviced the week we were there. The rental agency was very good about communication, but I must've missed the notice that the pool would be unavailable. Otherwise, the property was spacious and fit our family's needs perfectly.

Staying at the Banyan is always great. Such a great location etc. This is a good basic unit. It could use some paint and some upgrades. The kitchen appliances are in pretty poor shape and the dishes are a mix and match assortment. Other furniture such as the beds and hide a bed and occasional tables are great. The price was good so we would definitely stay again.

Great view of the ocean from the lanai. This condo is in need of a lot of updating, TLC and decor. There is only a sofa in the living room for seating. The sofa is stained, horribly uncomfortable, mattress wrapped in cheap plastic. Bathroom pocket door need work, it sticks. Dirty stove, coffee maker, stove , cabinets and floors. No art on the walls. Beach chairs on the lanai are all broken. Way overpriced for the quality of this place.

I love the location. This particular unit needed some upgraded working appliances, which the property manager did do. I feel property manager needs to go through the unit and replace some pots/pans, provide working can opener, some additional bowls for food and dishes. The floor was very sandy and no cleaning products were available, and I felt I should not have to provide these. The unit did have an awesome view.

The apartment was great for our stay. Brilliant views and good size. We could only fault that it’s a bit tired and lacking maintenance in areas. E.g 2 of the 3 cups were badly cracked- not usable. We did report these and response was prompt. Time for a good look around and action the light, floor join and other items needing maintenance. Very clean and handy to laundry room. Quiet and private. Enjoyed it overall

I was well pleased with the overall stay.Every thing I need for the beach was there .beach chairs unbrella plenty of towels and wash clothes and sheets.I loved the fact that the coin operated washer and dryer was right next door .I came home with clean clothes .The on ly complaint I had was the can opener Is old and I almost cut my hand and my husband struggled to open it .There is also shampoo and conditioner as well as laundry pods for your clothes ...Thank you so Much Gavin.Sincerly Diana Hill

The condo was clean. The views of the ocean and Diamond Head were special. They could be seen from the kitchen, bedroom and living room. We had everything available, including garage parking, to make our vacation wonderful. We would definitely recommend this unit to our family and friends.

Wonderful and Affordable Stay
My stay at this venue was amazing. From the recreation deck to the actual suite everything was well worth the time, effort, and money. This venue comes with an amzing view ocean and diamond head views. There are a few obstructions to the view but it is still nonetheless picturesque. I most liked that the room was fully stocked and furnished. From the kitchenware to the body boards to the bathroom supplies. This too does have a few caveats however. The bathroom window does not close completely because the handle is broken. Also one has to manually empty the AC units. Regardless I look forward to staying at this venue again.

Wonderful but not great!
Things I loved: Location of condo and unit (corner); room/space of the condo; full kitchen; parking; view, check-in list (mostly) I was impressed with: I texted the contact numbers about the microwave which was not working and actually gave off a burning smell. The unit was replaced within the time promised. Items which could improve: - There was coffee in the coffee pot and grounds in the coffee maker. Stove: the front, right burner was not working as well as the overhead stove light. Electrical outlets: It was EXTREMELY difficult to plug anything into any of the outlets.
