I would not stay here again. When I arrived at the hotel for check-in, I was informed that my room wouldn't be ready until 4:00 PM. They offered another room for an additional cost, and since I didn't want to wait with my luggage, I agreed to upgrade. However, the room I received was dirty and had a strong moldy smell. The hallways of the property were extremely dusty. I requested room service, but they only changed my towels and did not vacuum or dust the room.

This property is fine. We went with a group and had 6 rooms, they were not all created equally. We room was fine, but others had issues. We had a partial view, and it was great, but it really depends on where you are. Because it overlooks the pool and street it was pretty loud, and the 7am lead blowing didn’t help. The pool area is small, but there was ample chairs. Beach is steps away from the hotel, lots of food, drinks, and shopping options. The zoo was around the corner. The location was unbeatable. The food/drinks options around the area were excellent. If your looking for a place to lay your head as your out exploring this is the place for you. If you want a nice hotel - look else where

The rooms need a lot of work. The a/c sounds like it’s going to blow up the room. Toilet makes a weird sound, even when it’s not being used. Bathtub needs to be redone (Rusty in corners). The water provided in room tasted terrible. The coffee machine in the room was super dusty where you put water. I did feel safe due to guest needing a key to get to room. It was pretty close to a lot of walkable places.

Hotel is dated but we didn’t spend much time in the room, so didn’t affect us too much. Was able to get a crib for my baby free of charge which was great! Beach candy rental also came in handy. Would definitely go back!
