As you enter the Main Lobby of our resort you will notice signage for our new social-distancing protocols, the plexiglass safety shields at the front desk, and the signage noting what direction to enter and exit the elevator bay.
Guests in quarantine are required to stay in their room for 14 days or the length of their stay (whichever is shorter) and may only leave for a medical emergency.
Guests and employees will be required to wear face masks or coverings when entering any public areas, including but not limited to lobby, elevators, hallways, and Owners’ Lounge.
In public areas and guest rooms, the Imperial has added to its already rigorous cleaning protocols, requiring that surfaces are thoroughly treated with EPA-registered disinfectant and increasing the frequency of high-traffic touchpoint sanitization.
Mid-week housekeeping service and regular trash pick-up will be temporarily suspended until further notice.
Trash and dirty linens to be collected by the door without contact: Please use the plastic bags provided in the ice bucket to keep all dirty linen.
Requests for clean linen and amenities will be packaged and delivered by the door. Please call the front desk for details.
Guests will be asked to be excused from the room if there is a significant maintenance work order or a specific cleaning request that needs to be taken care of immediately.
Hand sanitizer stations available in public areas where there is no sink available.
The operation hours of all the resort facilities will be changed to 5am-5pm daily, except for the Rooftop Pool Area which will be 8am-5pm daily.

Since we are around the beach I would recommend an additional broom/dust pan since there is not daily room cleaning. Also, the phone was not working in the room and the TV remote was missing.

Overall a decent place and I would stay here again, as the location is FANTASTIC, the bed is comfortable, and the TV is ginormous. That said, the following is meant as a constructive info for the owner, and not a negative review: Bed sheets are balling and need to be thrown out; Wifi cancels out continually; Padded chairs in the room need professional cleaning; Bar stools are all cracked and need replacing; The drawers on the vanity need repair. The place is one block from Waikiki Beach and is surrounded by restaurants and beautiful shops. Feel free to book here 🤠🤠

If you are vacationing, this location is excellent. Within walking distance of a wide variety of restaurants and shops. The beach is 2 blocks away. It is a second story unit which tends to be a little loud even with the patio doors shut but it puts you right in the feel of Waikiki. Appliances are all top shelf. My only complaint was the floor. It’s a stone tile more appropriate for an outdoor patio. An odd choice for an interior space. Just bring slippers and you’ll be fine. Resort staff couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly. Communication with the owner was wonderful. I’d gladly return.

I’m sad to say that I didn’t get to stay long enough to really take advantage of all the amenities here. The room was great. The location was great for what I needed it for...I had a two day convention next door and I didn’t want to drive in from home. I loved that I could just take the stairs and next door was a massage place I wish I had the time to visit! So close to restaurants and shopping if that’s what you’re looking for. I was hungry in the middle of the night and there was a play right down stairs I could go!!! The best was the AC during the hot weekend. I should’ve stayed one more night for that. Communication was great with Yasser. I wish that I got to meet him. If stay here again for sure. Just a note on cleaning: the person may need to go through the chairs by the table as there was dirt on them. There were also some strands of hair in the shower and on the towel rack. I also couldn’t find the ironing board to go with the iron.

Everything you need is there. We didn't really stay in the room but the location was great. Only thing I can say is that the closets didn't open well because they left all the replacement towels, sheets ect. on the floor blocking it from opening. Otherwise everything was great. Bed was comfortable!

First, we appreciated thé location of the studio near the bus stations and the beach and the kindness of the resort staff. Pool and hot tub are clean and well maintained. Having access to the owner’s longe is a plus to see the fireworks. We think it will be a good idea to pay attention to the dust on to the dust on the floor in the corners, under the bed and the toeespace of the kitchen counter. It was fantastic to have access to the huge fridge/freezer/ice maker but will be a good idéa to identify where are the manual. The bed appears to us too large for the space available; we think the mattress is too soft. Obviously, not a good idea for somebody with a back problem. Nevertheless, a good place to be while in Honolulu. S. R. de Montreal

The TV did not work, we couldn't use the microwave and the safety box was locked preventing us to secure our valuables. At one time we had 3 Imperial maintenance men in our room unable to help us.

I'd do this place again, it was in the center of everything! Be prepared to take your coffee to the water first thing in the morning, go for a swim, get your pancakes at Denny's before doing the tourist thing. Great for 1 or 2 people, the owner Yassir is the best. Had a blast...

Nice place, updated kitchen and appliances with King bed and huge TV. Could use and update on the bathroom but adequate. Clean with all the amenities you need. ABC store and Denny's in base of building makes it convenient for quick purchases and breakfast. Pool on roof is quaint with workout area all you need. location is great, close to beach and tons of restaurants and shopping. Had a late flight out on my last day and was able to use the penthouse lounge to hang out and shower if needed before heading out. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Experience!
My wife and I stayed for a month at this property. This studio apartment is nicely appointed, clean, and well maintained. Most of the time, we prepared meals and ate on the lanai. It was perfect, except for certain hours of the day when street noise (buses, trolleys, delivery trucks, and excited people) can be a problem. The location, on the northern end of Waikiki, is perfect. Access to everything - beaches, shopping, entertainment - is within easy walking distance. The complex has a wonderful pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi which is well maintained. The owners were simply fantastic - very gracious, friendly, and quick to respond to our requests for assistance. We bought a bus pass which allowed us to easily travel wherever we wished on the entire island.

Rented a studio through VRBO at the Hawaii Imperial resort in Waikiki., Vrbo# 649377 I'll start out by saying the location was great. The condo is located in the heart of Waikiki, plenty of shopping, restaurants, 1 block from the beach and easy to get around on the bus. It is on the 2nd floor, view of the street. However, beginning about 7:00 a.m. several delivery trucks line up right below the balcony with their refrigerator units running, throughout the day. It is very noisy. When you enter the resort lobby it is beautiful. We never expected what we walked into. We were so disappointed in our unit, it was filthy. The shower had black mold growing in the tracks of the door and on the wall.  The rack in the shower old and rusty, lights in the bath were covered with sticky filth, The furniture, floors, bath matt, curtains, throw rugs, appliances, countertops knife holder were gross.  There was food in the cupboards left by others. Although the appliances in the unit were fairly new they had not been clean in quite some time. This unit is dirty and run down. I have pictures to prove.   After 3 days of talking to the staff, we asked the day manager to come up to take a look, she was shocked by the appearance of this unit. She told us they have units they rent but this unit is maintained and rented by the owner not the Imperial Hawaii Resort. The resort does come in and provide towels and bar soap but do not do a thorough cleaning for this unit. She also took photos. She advised us they could have someone at least clean the shower at an additional cost to us. keep in mind we already paid a cleaning deposit when we booked thru VRBO. The manage contacted us a bit later and said they would do it at no charge to us.. My husband contacted the owner and he stated that he pays the Hotel to clean and he would take it up with them. He agreed to refund the cleaning fee, and he sent send a partial refund in check form. We gave this unit 1 star because the owner did respond in a timely manner.

If you like being in the center of the "action", this is it! Nice looking hotel and very quiet even though it's location is in the center of the action. Plenty of nice restaurants around with a handy ABC store right next door that has all you might need if you'd prefer to eat in. Found room to be well stocked with all you might want or need; however, things seemed worn out... not fresh and lean.

Great place to stay! Resort vacation for half the price?

Excellent experience!
This studio is in a great location. Easy access to beach, restaurants, public transport and shopping. This studio has everything you need to make your stay pleasant and fun. Although a studio condo, it has a kitchen, a 70 inch TV, a great comfortable King bed, a lanai great for morning coffee and people watching and everything else you would need. Having the ABC store and Denny's in the building was a big plus as well. We have saved all the information on this property and will be referring this to our friends should any of them make it over to Oahu. Thank you so much Yasser El Sergany for our great experience!!!! Another lovely stay in Paradise~
This is the second stay for us at this property and we will be back! It has it all. Location, location, great king bed, powerful shower, beach chairs and mats to use, fully equipped kitchen and roof top pool. We actually stayed at the owners other property on the 21st floor for a few nights as well. It was amazing. Corner suite - great view. But the studio is perfect for us.

Location Perfect!
Great little apartment, walk everywhere. Loved that it was on the first level, we could exit straight out the back of the apartment block and be at a beautiful spot on the beach in under 5 mins. Room was comfy, included all amenities, good balcony with views of the street. Small but more than sufficient. Hotel staff very accommodating and helpful. Owner very easy to deal with. Only downside was the average pool in the apartments. Didn't bother us that much though as we prefer to go to the beach to swim. Will definitely stay here again if ever returning to Waikiki.
