Property was beautiful & perfect spot in town close to the intentional market walking distance to the beach & shops. Staff was very accommodating & welcomed me & my family when I had to come to Oahu for an emergency when my father got hospitalized. They offer hospitality room for me when I had a red eye & desk was responsive in my needs.

I cannot talk highly enough about the beautiful staff here. Everyone greeted us with a smile and aloha every morning and truly went above and beyond for our stay. Amazing location, clean, convenient and overall wonderful. Highly highly highly recommend Waikiki Malia for your next Hawaii getaway!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. My only complaint would be $35 plus tax per day for parking. If I were to take this trip again I would not rent a car but take a taxi or Uber or some other mode,of transportation.

Front desk was very friendly and attentive. The walls are very thin, I'd recommend bringing ear plugs for a good nights sleep. The hot tub was always very full and was occasionally closed during open hours. Rooms were clean and location was excellent!

This property was falsely represented in their ad. Showed partial ocean view. Our window looked into a concrete walk. The pool was very small and situated In a corner of the main floor.

Location is convenient but the staff weren't too friendly, especially one of the parking attendant ladies. Plus it's an extra $35/day for parking even if you're a guest at the hotel. I liked the water filtration station they have. Elevators are inconvenient because you have to take certain elevators to first floor to get into parking garage elevator and go back up to your parking level.

It is very close to the beach and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I took a star off due to noise. First night there someone was screaming on the street and it woke us up at 3am and we aren't light sleepers. The next night someone was singing in the hallway. They offered us a bfst voucher. There are resort fees and parking fees so keep that in mind

Room was clean and the location is in the center of everything in waikiki. Parking isnt that bad if you are a good driver. I only had to do a three point turn getting into parking spots. I was driving a small SUV. I did see others struggling to get out so keep that in mind. Pool is very small but the jacuzzi is big. I would stay here again.
