Furnitures need an upgrade for sure. Hotel feels and looks haunted with all the yellow lights in suites. Felt like i was in a horror movie only good thing about the resort is its close to all the shops, beach and restaurants

At first when I got to the property I wasn’t impress because it seem a bit dated. You can’t access any of the platforms to watch additional shows. What I did like was that they made up with it with free dvds rentals. Staff is very friendly and the place is well maintained and kept cleaned. I would definitely stay here again. Great location and easy to get around.

Our recent stay at the Waikiki resort hotel was great. The service was exceptional. Sraff were courteous and professional and always there to help when needed. The property was clean and in the wonderful location amidst the beach, shopping and dining. Highly recommend.

Good location. We had a partial ocean view on the top floor. Comfortable room with a nice balcony. Bathroom needs to be updated. The tub and shower is very small. Pool is nothing to write home about. I would stay here again. Good service and steps from the beach.
